This book is great!
John C. Maxwell, who is an accomplished leadership speaker and author wrote this book to help build on the principles that he had laid out in his previous book, “ The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership”. In this book we see Maxwell point out the heart of what it means to be a leader and what characteristics a leader at any level should produce if they wish to be effective and grow. One cannot help but come away from this with the lesson of how important people are and should be to us if we wish to lead them effectively. This is the main lesson that I have retained from this book, to treat people with the love, honor, guidance, and respect that I would expect a leader to treat me with. If I had to pick one weakness of the book it is that the layout sometimes left me wanting, especially as he would build on a story and I would want to learn even more about that story (but this could be just me).I would recommend this to anyone who is wanting to grow in their leadership because Maxwell is definitely an expert in this field and he lays out his information in such a way that it is both easily digestible and very applicable. This book is great!

Sales Leaders or Wanting to Become One.
I have to tell a short story, i live on a country road and not much traffic. But one morning in the road was this old leather bond book with a few pages missing, no cover and torn up pretty bad. It was this book but and old one but with the same content. I'm a Territory Manager and this book had so many quotes and suggestion that i started using it. Now 6 months later i find myself needing this little book. So i got the Audio and the hard copy. If you are a sales leader or want to become one, you need this book. FYI, there is no downside to this little gem.

Repetition isn't always bad
I have read several books by John Maxwell and have found them to be somewhat repetitive in content and style. What I have learned is that Maxwell's approach appears to be deliberate in repetition to provide his readers with content that is both simple and foundational to strong character driven leadership. His approach is reinforcement that allows the reader to hear 70% repetition and 30% new insight. While this may be agitating at first(as it was for me), understand that you can never hear core principles enough. Often as leaders we get comfortable in our style and these books allow for a deliberate evaluation and refocusing to ensure that we get the most out of ourselves so that our team can get the most out of our willingness and desire to serve.

A bite-size leadership development guide
This book is very clearly written and organised. Each chapter has stories from real life, key take away points, and actionable items to develop and sharpen the leader in you. I highly recommend it for those who are seeking to take that first step in exploring what it takes to become an effective leader who people will want to follow.

Don't miss out on Third watch!
Third watch is like finding a hidden treasure, I am so glad I discovered this wonderful programne. The first series is highly entertaining, it's got everything, action, romance, humour and drama all rolled up into one perfect little show. This season builds up an incredible foundation for the rest of the series and introduces so many classic characters. None more notable than the always entertaining Officer Bosco, played by Jason Wiles, who I have to agree is a real standout. All of the cast are very good in there roles and the performances and stories are always enthrolling. Trust me get this you won't regret it!

Very good book
Fantastic book at low price. People should read this book from teenage. There are 21 lessons easy to understand and of course difficult to implement in life, well if someone were to become a leader obviously they have to tread the tough path.
