Really helps with better bowel movements.
Comes unassembled but is very easy to put together with screws and allen wrench which is provided. They give you extras if needed later. I like the flip style to use at different heights. It’s sturdy and attractive. The curve fits my toilet exactly so it doesn’t stick out. I do think it’s a bit pricey but occasionally they do offer it cheaper but I didn’t want to wait. I bought the plastic one but returned it as it was incomplete having arrived without the extension. So I returned and bought this one instead. Overall it’s a good product.

Great purchase, how did I ever go without one!
You have to put it together, but it came with the necessary tools and parts. It took me at most 5 min to put together. It’s sturdy and good quality. It slants down ever so slightly which is perfect for your feet and has grooves to make it slip resistant. It has 2 sides allowing you to adjust the height. Very happy with purchase.

Toilet stand for proper posture
Great size fits right out of the way. The product is very sturdy and functions really well. The product is actually adjustable in a way if you flip it on the other side, it will give you a different height. Makes it really convenient for people who are shorter and taller. Who use the same bathroom. Great for children and great for adults especially when you have a big Thanksgiving meal and you have a little trouble depositing the waste. Stores right underneath the toilet in a wraparound situation. It is not foldable, which is OK because the storage capacity is so good. I recommend this product for anyone who needs it.

Smooth operator...
Would give it 5 stars but the assembly instructions were lacking. But over all it's a good looking stool and does the trick.

Good quality
Love the quality and the adjustability. You can take it apart for easy transportation if needed. The look of this is so much nicer compared to the plastic version.

Comfort Seat Toilets Make This A Necessity
I recently replaced our 20+ year old toilet with one that was more water efficient and less prone to clogging. To my dismay, I discovered that the new toilets now feature what they call "comfort seating" which means they are all 16 to 17 inches high. My old toilet by comparison was not quite 14 inches high. While it used a wasteful quantity of water when flushing, it's low seating level was far more conducive to healthy elimination, at least as far as the medical community advises. Clearly there is a major disconnect between the American bathroom fixture industry and the health industry.I should add that I am soon to celebrate my 65th birthday. I stand 5' 10", am not appreciably over weight and do not suffer with knee pain or arthritis. I have never experienced any problems to speak of with my bowels or with regular elimination, so this was not a factor in my decision to try this product. I never had any problem sitting down on or getting up from our old, lower toilet, but I found sitting on our new higher throne while taking care of business to be less than comfortable. Even at my height, my feet were not flat on the floor, creating the feeling that I was more perched on the toilet rather than seated on it. I figured it was time to invest in a Squatty Potty.Since I had put down a new cherry-colored floor in our bath when I installed our new toilet, I decided to go with the bamboo model instead of the cheaper white plastic models. I thought it would look better than the plastic. Also, I couldn't make up my mind whether to order the 16 inch or 19 inch versions. Happily, the bamboo model is adjustable to either of those heights. It arrived quickly and in good condition. It took me less that 20 minutes to unbox and assemble it. A wrench is included so you don't need any tools to put it together. Assembly was easy with no issues. I figured I would started with the 16 inch height and possibly raise it later as necessary. Even if I did suffer from knee stiffness or pain, I don't see where using the SP at the 16 inch height would be challenging.I've been using the bamboo Squatty Potty for just about 3 week now and love it. It will surely be a permanent fixture in our bathroom. We have yet to entertain guests in our home, but I am sure the presence of the SP will spark some conversation after a bathroom visit. Oh well. It'll give us something new to deliberate over cocktails. When using the SP, the position of my body with knees up "just feels right." It certainly is more comfortable than feeling perched on the toilet, and it makes evacuation of the bowels seem almost effortless and thorough. My wife, who is 5' 8" also likes using it. She agrees it feels more natural when one's feet are raised to create more of a squatting position. When not in use, the SP stores out of the way under the bowl of the toilet. My recommendation is that if you are using one of the new comfort seat toilets, you really should give the Squatty Potty a test poop, if you will. Use it once or twice and you will be surprised (and convinced) at how natural the squatting position feels when you defecate. I think it creates a reasonably effective compromise between the trench toilets used in many parts of the world that require a full squat to use, and the "more civilized" porcelain thrones we prefer in our parts of the world.
