We haven’t had a microwave for months. Iwas surprised at how easy it is to live without one but they are helpful to have. My husband fell head over heels for Samsung and it didn’t even make it 5 years so it was time for a replacement. I’m a Kitchen Aid/Whirlpool girl but have had good experiences with Frigidaire so far so I went for it in the interest of saving money. We just got it installed today so we’ll see what the future holds. I think it’s beautiful. I like how big it is. I lovehandles on appliances but feel like I’m not missing it as much as I thought I would. The shipping was fast and our microwave arrived in pristine condition. I want to thank Interstate Appliances for selling this at the most reasonable price I could find. I wasn’t about to spend what wedid on the Samsung and I’m grateful for the reasonable price tag. Our local sears warehouse (American Freight) didn’t have this model and all others like Lowes and Home Depot wanted at least $100 more. I know a lot of reviews on this are negative but I just don’t get bad Amazon orders. They’ve kept me a happy customer coming backfor more for years. Amazon hasn’t let me down yet.Now for the nit-picky stuff:1) Literally installed it a few hours ago and the fingerprints are showing pretty badly.2) When I tried to clean them off the buttons on the door thought I was trying to cook something. Buttons seem super sensitive.3) This is a total Frigidaire issue for me and super OCD and silly but I’m detail oriented. I do not like that the color of the numbers on the clock doesn’t match the color of the clock on our Frigidaire stove. The color of the stove numbers is green and the color of the numbers on this microwave is a white with maybe a slightly blue/led tint to it. Blue is my favorite and I wish these brands would just commit to a color.4) A lot of reviews have bad things to say about how bright the light is. I’m a mountain girl with Appalachian taste and prefer warm white lights over the blueish harsh led but I can deal. The under microwave light is dimmable and the clock light isn’t as bad as I was expecting it to be.5) I hesitated for a while because of bad reviews but overall I’m satisfied with my purchase.I will update if something goes wrong or changes but at this point I just feel grateful to have a microwave again and if it makes it 5-10 years I’ll be satisfied.

Had a GE for years but it got old and loud so got a Samsung unit. What a nightmare! Loud, buttons were horrible, bottom lights were useless and the inside was painted very dark grey with a dim cheap light bulb! Total garbage so i've returned it fast!Found this one and gave it a shot. Good decision because it's pretty, bottom lights are very bright (6 LED each side), its bright white inside with a bright LED and the buttons are useful. Press number 3 and in 2 seconds, it turns on to 2 min! Doesnt say on the panel Quick Minute so from 1-6 its quick minute feature like the GE. Menu is simple and the door can be opened by kids because it has a cutout on bottom right corner.The only bad part of this unit is the display. IT'S TOOOOO BRIGHT!!! and there is no dim option. What i did was took the door apart and used window tint film to stick onto the display to dim it and now, the whole kitchen is NOT lit up at night by the clock.

Very happy overall as this replaced a 10 year old GE Profile and seems superior on many levels. The side was damaged slightly but hidden by cabinet. Large capacity and seems to cook faster than previous. Two very minor complaints, wish you could adjust the display (clock) brightness as it's awfully bright and the two options for the LED stove light are both bright with not much difference between the two options but it's still very functional and attractive overall. It would be nice if manufacturers could have universal mounting plates and locations as this is third microwave in 23 years and they've all had different mounting in the wall and through the cabinet bottom.

This is the best exhaust fan I've ever had in a microwave. Light is super bright. Very easy to use. Instruction don't tell you, but if you hold down a number, it'll do a quick start. And you can just enter your time without having to push timecook first, which I love. Only reason I knocked a star off is because it arrived slightly damaged. Not bad enough to send back, but still frustrating since this thing isn't cheap
