Helps with Narcolepsy, but not with the recommended dosage as directed on the bottle. We had our doctor adjust according to sleep cycle and how bad the disease cycle was and how much was needed. I will not disclose amount taken, but it does the job as directed under the care of a physician; it does work and works well when dosed correctly. What appealed to us was the fact that it was non-habit forming and all natural, which is a huge plus. Formally speaking, having a loved one on Ambien and seeing the addiction to the synthetic drugs and the overdose that came with the overuse of the drug...it is a sad thing. Having a clean alternative to a sleep remedy is a great hope for many, and Starlight will do so, with the care of properly qualified persons if warranted for Narcolepsy or other serious sleep issues. If needed for sleep on the go and just needed to help sleeping due to the schedule change and so forth I would recommend the dosage on the back of the bottle. As always use with caution and know the underlying issue of why you need to use a sleep aid. Eric

I ordered this product with high hopes since I have always had a difficult time falling and staying asleep. It did not work for me and although I was frustrated at the time, they stood by their guarantee and refunded me the purchase price. This was a classy thing to do and I appreciate the great customer service. Hopefully this product will work more effectively for others.

This is a wonderful way to get peaceful sleep with all natural ingredients and no morning hangover. I had been having a big problem trying to get to sleep. At first took two for a couple of nights but found that one about half an hour before bedtime was enough. I had also been plagued with tiring dreams but now feels as if I am going to a sweet dreamless place.

It's nice to be able to fall asleep within 30 minutes of taking this pill. It's also very nice to be able to go back to sleep when I wake up at night. One pill relaxes me enough to sleep. Two makes me sleep deep but only for a few hours- then I can't get back to sleep. Kind of weird. But I like it.

My mom is 70 years old and she was struggling to sleep, having a lot of stress throughout the day. Now, just having taken them for 4 days, she can sleep all night. If she wakes up she can easily go back to sleep, and in the morning she feel really refreshed. She is much calmer and she says she no longer feels stressed. Thank god, and thank you for this supplement. It makes me feel so happy seeming my mom a lot more happy because of a good night sleep.

So, this is my first and only experience with a product in this class. It works as expected. I can testify that it does make you drift off to sleep naturally and effortlessly, with no drugged feeling and no grogginess in the morning. That's a huge difference from pharmaceutical alternatives.However, I only give 4 stars for two reasons.1. The capsules are very large. I'm not someone who has ever had trouble swallowing large pills. But, these capsules have gotten stuck in my throat a few times. It is very unpleasant.I found that if you take them one at a time and roll them around in your mouth for a few seconds to get them slimy then there is no problem. Be warned. I wish the company would change their capsules.2. I thought this product was actually cheaper than most. However, the product packaging is misleading I feel. If you look at the bottle photos it says, serving size 1 capsule. Servings per container 60. Most other products say 2 capsules per serving. This gives the appearance this product is more potent and cheaper.However, be advised, the recommended dosage is 2 capsules. This is what I have been taking to achieve desired results. Yes, the product instructions and "fine" print on Amazon do indicate this. But, I still feel the product packaging is possibly, deliberately misleading. That puts this product at the high end of the price range.
