I cant say either way whether this product worked or not as I didn't get blood work before and after. I feel no different from using it and will not purchase again after I ve finished.

I have not noticed any significant difference using this product yet.

I am a great believer in Shilajit, but it must be from the right source. I have tried expensive to cheap so-called shilajit and only a few of them have had any effect. I find this product has a positive effect on my mood, libido and stressors. I feel more energetic and life is that little bit better. This shilajit must come from a good source, as it works. The results are not dramatic, but that is not how it should work. Small changes ever day and you will feel so much better over time. This is a product that works and one I am happy to recommend.

Despite the price Himalayan Shilajit isn't cheap in any form so this is actually still pretty good value for this pouch with sixty 350mg capsules. A very nice pure form with nothing added to get the best of the amazing health benefits with no fillers. It's fascinating and impressive how this is harvested whichever form you get it in and when you understand the process it makes it clear why it;s not as cheap as other minerals or vitamins than can offer similar benefits. Really good quality option though and would recommend.
