Unbelievable life span although it loses brightness over time
I bought this in August of 2021 and it has run at least 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, sometimes 6, in my Optomo EX500 projector. It's lasted 3x longer than any lamp I've ever had for this projector, even the Optomo brand ones. I will admit that, over its life, it lost about half of its brightness, but it really wasn't that big of a deal since viewing is almost always in a blacked-out room. For the first 14-16 months, it kept original brightness and could easily be watched in the middle of the day with all the curtains open. For the money, I think this is an outstanding lamp. I'm going to order another one right after I finish this review because, as I bow my head in submission to Divine Providence, the lamp I'm writing about finally died about 20 minutes ago.

Worked maybe 10 hours and died
We replaced our old lamp because it was getting dim, but still worked. This came in, seemed to do the trick. It has lasted maybe 10 hours, and now our projector cuts off after a few minutes of being on.Popped the old bulb in, no problem. Works fine, all be it dim. More chinese junk on amazon.

Great after sales support, Decent for the price
I found it decent enough for the price, but generated more heat than my original lamp and has burned type smell even after more than 2-3 weeks of use.I would have returned it, but I installed it late after receiving and return window was passed.====> Update 10th April 2023Seller contacted himself after reading review and seeing I had issues, I haven't seem many seller's doing it.GREAT after sales services/support
