They seller was great when the 1st bag broke and sent a replacement. But now the replacement bag just broke only a few months after hanging and after light use. Hopefully can contact seller again because my son really liked it.Contacted The seller again in the immediately sent me a replacement bag which arrived 2 days later. I can't say enough about this seller how amazing they've been and speedy with fixing the problem. Great customer service would recommend to anyone.

Good product but zipper tore after a few months. It hangs a bit lopsided. Plus is that you can fill the bag with soft items for those who don’t want to punch/kick a hard/heavy bag.

Love that it recommended stuffing with cloth (we used old towels, old pillows, and old blankets. The material is strong and the hooks to hang the bag are stable and easy to set up/take down. It is new so Im not sure if the metal can handle the Los Angeles heat and winters. But we will try to hang it in the garage during the winter. I am please with how much they are using it to just practice punching, kicking or working up a sweat.

We purchased this unit a few years back for one of our grandson's. This year our other daughter requested a bag for their use at home. The entire family train in martial arts with multiple blackbelts in the family. We considered other brands and names... even ProForce was considered. For the level and volume of usage this appears to be a great purchase. Filling it is a different story. LOL. If you want to spend the extra money, get a bag that is already filled. Much easier but with weight and S/H we went this way.

After filling pulled the zipper and the slider broke - one whole side piece of the slide is now missing. Looking for a suitable donor from existing clothes to replace.The whole zipper assembly is low quality and should be stronger for what the use is.

I live far away from U.S., so the price I finally pay for any product is almost the double. For this reason I decided to write about what I think of this product. I bought the big one (1.2m) and filled it to 70-80 punds (approx.) with cloth which is not enough for the size of the sack but I dont want to fill it to its maximum volume capacity because I suspect it will fail faster. I think it is supposed a big sack should be made to load higher weights but it is not, the zipper is weak, the metal loaders are thin, the seams look badly finished. I trained only one time with it but suspect I will never buy again this brand. I suspect that with intermediate to hard work it will no longer more than a half year. I could be wrong but at the first sight and use could be I'm right.... I will comment in some months.

Well made. I didn’t want a heavy bag so I stuffed it with old clothes. It is the perfect weight for me. If you want a heavier bad you can add a little sand.

The quality of the material is very poor. It supposed to be a puncher bag and which support the hits but the seams does not support. Additionally, the hooks that hold the bag starting to open. Besides, there is no instructions in how to fill in the bag. You need to figure it out by yourself. Very disappointed.
