Not what I thought.
There is some information about Jewish feasts, but I don’t believe this is coming from sound doctrine. Especially the end. I can’t put my finger on it, but a couple of things just don’t seem to pass the Biblical test. I may have misread, but there is a strong implication that when the third temple is rebuilt we will be expected to go to the feasts there and if we don’t we will be I think he said skin would melt or something. Can’t find any of that in the Bible. He never gave his source for those beliefs. Just use discernment when reading.

Great Introduction to the Biblical Feasts
I loved how the author handled complex topics by explaining them in a simple and direct way. He took the time to explain the biblical feasts while not going over the reader's head too much.

Very clear invitation to Celebrate
I really enjoyed learning about our invitations to worship and celebrate the feasts of the Creator of the Universe. To be able to participate in the same lifestyle as our savior and to remember his culture and value it.I encourage all believers both Jew and Gentile believers to consider resting in the Lord on his day

Paul Wilbur -truly seeking to touch the face and heart of God and share in that experience!
I have been following Paul as a musician since the early 90's and have been totally impressed with him as a writer/teacher. In Touching The Heart of God, Paul very clearly and in simple layman's terms, explains the Holy days - their backgrounds and prophetic implications. Above all, he keeps the focus of unity and harmony without ever losing sight of the first and greatest commandment - to Love our Father above all else. Paul rekindles that longing and need to be grafted INTO the vine. I have already to many, and do now, highly recommend this book and will be sharing many copies myself!

A Must for Every Believer
Remembering our jewish/Hebrew roots is something every believer in Christ should do. Yeshua/Jesus Christ came to fulfill the law not abolish it. Paul helps the reader to learn the important aspects of the jewish traditions/faith that every believer in Christ should know. Only knew Paul for his music. SO glad I stumbled upon this book when looking for one of his worship CDs

Touching the Heart of God is must read for any person that calls themselves a believer of Ha'shem.
Excellent book, love this guy! A must read, if you're up for the truth. Many Christians don't understand why we choose to celebrate the feasts. The meaning behind them, and why God has said that they are HIS Feasts, Not the Jews, Not the religious sects, Not the Christians, but they are HIS and we really should consider celebrating them, the truth, really. Blessed be the name of the Lord.

What a GREAT book on teaching us the basics of our Creator’s ...
What a GREAT book on teaching us the basics of our Creator’s Calendar. I really enjoyed chapters Six and Seven. I have gone to many of Paul Wilbur’s live concerts and find the Jewish way of worship to be refreshing. Reading this his latest book gives me a better understanding of his heart for the Body of Christ. Mary

Counting the days
We need the Hebrew calendar to know what time it is. Feasts and full moon's were set from the beginning, they will be followed to the last great day. If you want to understand prophecy you need to know the seasons. Lots of information and reasons for looking into the history and culture foundations of our faith. Easy to read very informative, I highly recommend this book.

but righteous peace and joy in the Holy Sprit
For many years, I have been searching for a clear understanding of the Kingdom of God - maybe a bit of an explanation of the scripture... the Kingdom of God is not meat and drink, but righteous peace and joy in the Holy Sprit. I found what I was looking for in this book. Well done.

Great insight
Great insight we need to get rid of any pagan festivals including Christmas and Easter because their roots are pagan. There is no place in our Christianity anything that God did not originally give us in Jesus name
