Great support
The belt was comfortable to wear. It fit well. Supported where I needed it to. I was able to adjust the level of support easily with the velcro and the two side straps. It did make moving around easier. I used it post abdominal surgery

I found this very good for extra core strength. I'd allow at least a month before putting on, as can be sore to wear straight after recovery.

Bought a large and it just feels to tight to be a large

Way too small for postpartum women I’m not that big and still couldn’t wrap it around me, just about fitted my partner who’s skinnier
