I spent years dealing with foot cramps. I found temporary solutions by supplementing minerals, but the cramps would return so severely and so long that I once went to an emergency room. They were no help. I couldn't do anything that resulted in twisting my foot the least bit, like putting on socks, walking, driving a car and I nearly died snorkeling, due to wishful thinking that I could get away with it. I've found that it helps even more to add ground Calc Fluor to an unscented creme (I use Burt's Bees Mama Bee Belly Butter) which I apply on my face.

I had a terrible time with my lymph nodes being swollen as was revealed in an ulrasound. The issue was in my neck and throat and made it very hard to breathe except when I put my head in certain positions. Carnivora was of limited help and was too risky once I did enough reading. I stopped that and went to this. After about 20 days, I have almost no issues with my lymph nodes affecting my breathing so I am most grateful to have done the research to know this would help. And it is helping tremendously. I have since bought a few more bottles so I can't run out and plan to keep taking for a couple more months just to be certain.

I've been taking Calc Fluor 6X since November 2019. I usually take 4 pellets daily with my multivitamins. I remembered that I was having tooth aches prior to taking it and haven't had any tooth aches since then. There was a time that I missed a few days and noticed the tooth ache came back. I started taking it again and experienced no more pain.

I'm just amazed that there are such great remedies out there and the wonderful companies that put them out. We shall see what happens. I'm taking these religiously!.
