No longer waterproof - My bad
Updated Review:As my original review stated, the pad started leaking through. However, after researching replacement pads, I found out that washing and drying pads in any temperature above warm degrades the waterproofing. Since I always washed the pads on the sanitize setting (extra hot water) and also dried on hot, I caused the waterproofing to fail. Since then I wash and dry on medium and pads come clean and the waterproofing lives on. I've learned my lesson about how important it is to follow the washing instructions.Original Review:Sadly, after just a few washings the pads are no longer waterproof. When I first started using the pads I would have given them (I bought many) five stars because they were absorbent enough, large, and waterproof. However, now that the pads have been used and washed a few times, the urine seeps through to the bedding making the pads useless. I do not recommend these pads.

Works very well for kid bed wetters
My 7 year old was having some trouble with bed wetting at night, being a super deep sleeper. It was frustrating having to keep washing the full waterproof mattress covers each day, so I wanted to find an easier option. These are the perfect solution. They're just the right size, large enough to cover the bed area he rolls around in, but small enough to easily scoop up and wash as needed. They wash easily in the washing machine and dry on low well. Very useful to have a few of them handy as needed, while I'm washing the dirty ones!

These work!
They are a good weight and work much better (and are cheaper overall) than the disposable paper pads. I usually wash these on delicate and hang them over the shower curtain to dry. This is one of the better purchases I’ve made for my husband with Parkinson’s.

It makes changing the bed easier
I placed the pad under the sheet. when my child has an accident, I’m able to pull the sheet and everything out making it very easy to put into the wash. Very happy

Comfortable and safe
I got this for my husband and it is very large. It tends to wrinkle in the bed and bunch up so I will have to find something to strap it on the bad. I use it long ways instead of wide. I would definitely recommend this product.
