That was scared...
Products are in the bags of each pair and they are in one big bag. I think the product itself is good.BUT, there is another pair which is been used and very dirty, dusty and broken... color turned in gray... it was very disgusting. We've got scared because there is no reason to send us that kind of thing. So we immediately sanitized and threw it away and wash our hands. Then splayed disinfection.

If you want a thin pliable pad, this is a good choice
I have inflammation under one of my toes and wear an inset adjusted by a podiatrist that works. However, I needed a product that I could wear in addition to the insert to cushion the rest of the ball of my foot, so it needed to be thin enough that my walking shoes would still fit comfortably. This was perfect. It may not be thick enough for many people's needs, but it was perfect for mine.

Work well, could be thicker.
They work good nicely. I like the waffle-like shape is nice!

Minimizes pressure on ball of feet; parts of the pad shift slightly with each step.
This product consists of 8 metatarsal pads. There are four resealable packs; each pack contains two pads. Everything is then placed inside the resealable main product package. These metatarsal pads have a silicone texture, do smell a bit odd (not a big deal to me, since I wear them on my feet), are flexible, and fit my toes without restricting movement as I walk. The metatarsal pads have a honeycomb appearance. The pads have 3 slots: my big toe goes through one slot; my 2nd toe goes through the middle slot, and my 3rd-5th toes fit inside the last slot. The pad covers the ball of my feet in its entirety (I am a size 7-1/2, wearing men's shoe size 8, typically).I wore the metatarsal pad, without socks on, as I walked throughout the house over several days. While the pads stayed in place, with each step I took, the pad moved around a bit (sort of like walking on the beach, where the sand shifts as my feet take steps forward). It took a bit to get used to (since most times, when I wore my usual metatarsal pad, that pad has a felt fabric texture, and it felt natural as I am on my feet). At times, I needed to adjust the pad, as it would move to the point where the ball of my big toe was no longer covered by the pad. Sometimes, it was the ball of my 5th toe that was not covered by the pad.I wore the pad with socks and shoes on as I went about doing my daily activities. The pad stayed in place better; but I still felt the sensation of the pad shifting slightly about with each step I took. When I remove the metatarsal pad, and looked at my skin, I saw the honeycomb appearance on my skin. It was not deeply indented; but, it was there. These pads do minimize the pressure on the ball of my 2nd toe - this is where I get the most callus, along with the tip of my 2nd toe, a lot of the times - while I am on my feet. These silicone metatarsal pads serve as a somewhat decent back-up to my usual metatarsal pad (as those pads have a thin strap, which breaks over time, and then I need to buy a new pad).

pretty thin
These metatarsal pads do feel good on the feet, and depending on the size of your feet, you can get a couple of uses out of them. I wear an 8 in a shoe and my daughter wears an 11 - yeah, she has a firm foundation. Anyway, we both tried a pair to see how they'd do. First, these are pretty thin, so if you need a thick cushion, these won't do. That said, I liked the way they felt on my feet and I liked that they're on the thin side so it doesn't make my shoe feel cramped, but there is a downside to these being so thin. After you stretch them to pull them on or off a couple of times, they start to tear. As I stated, my daughter wears a size 11 shoe, so she had to stretch this pad more than I did. The result was that she didn't get much wear out of them. One tore as she slid it on, and one tore as she slid it off. I was able to wear mine a couple of times without any tearing, but I had to be pretty careful with them. They are easy to wash and as I said, my feet did feel better with them than without.

Not that supportive
These are good for very light activity. I tend to run and train on the balls of my feet, and these do take some of the strain off and give me a little extra cushion. “Little” being the operative word. They are very breathable and airy, but they don’t offer as much cushion as I'd like. I’ve worn them on short walks, and they tend to bother me as I can feel them, but when I’m running/ jogging, they aren’t so bad. I do like how each pair is individually sealed in a bag, so you can toss a pair in your car, or backpack for easy use. They are also easy to clean, and for the price, it’s a good value to at least try. I will also say that when they are on, they aren’t bothersome in the toe area at all. That’s what I was slightly concerned about but upon wearing them, I didn’t even notice them on my toes, just the added height on the balls of my feet. I think if these are worn with the right heel cushion and shoe, they would be much more comfortable and less uneven feeling.

Effective relief at modest price
I've only needed to use one from the pack and it has lasted a month so far. I needed a cushion for the ball of one foot when wearing sandals and this did the job. It was not a cure but did mean I could walk for much longer before the ball of my foot began to hurt. Finally solved the problem by buying different sandals but still pleased with my purchase of these pads.

Comfortable
They help with pressure on a neuroma on base of foot. I think there could be a little more padding but they work for a short period of time comfortable to wear.

Not really worth the money!
Only wearable for a short time as they make your feet hot. Also very uncomfortable for driving.A purchase I regret.
