We bought this as a "roof" for our annual haunted house. Worked great the first year. We weren't worried about the weather and leaving the structure up because of the thickness and UV claims. This past Nov the wind caught the seam of the tarp and blew it apart. When we were cleaning up the mess we noticed the tarp was very brittle and easy to rip. This was after only two years and our weather is not that extreme in Washington!We'll go back to the cheaper tarps.
