Resistant band workouts
Resistant bands are excellent routine workouts for people 50+ or even for building mass. With the range of band strength one can achive a workout that meets their required goals, along with the massive amount of different workouts one can perform vs weights. Check out u-tube!

Delivery had items that were not working
2 of the DVDs that were shipped do NOT work, the system works well and was easy to connect and use, I paid more for the system because it included these DVDs, I already started contacting the company but after 2 efforts and speaking with some I am getting the bounce around, I will update this if this gets resolved, right now I am not too confident that will happen.
