This is my favorite chili oil by far! It's actually not spicy which could be a bad thing for you if you love hot but is perfect for me because I don't....that being said it has great flavor with little pieces of fried garlic. It's pretty much been a lifesaver for someone who is not a great cook....EVERYTHING tastes good with some of this on it!!

I have tried just about every garlic crunch and this stuff is incredible. Perfect mild spice and the crunch is amazing. Had to refrain myself from eating it out of the jar.

I am a food blogger and founder of Somethingnewfordinner.com and have been developing and publishing recipes on my site for 12 years. Occasionally I recommend a product and this is one that I say hands down, everyone should try. Unlike many chili oils, this one is not overly spicy. What this condiment has in spades is umami, just as the label says. I use it on eggs, avo toast, chicken, fish, sandwiches and roasted vegetables. I've read it is delicious on icecream, but have not gone there yet. I am very tempted to try it on popcorn. The only thing holding me back is fear of getting the red oil everywhere. All I can say is buy it. Don't bother with a single bottle. Get the 6-pack and it will be gone before you know it. Use it yourself and give it as gifts. Your friends will thank you.
