This stuff works well, better than most of the natural remedies.

I have found this to be very effective for allergy relief. This spring has been an especially bad one for me in terms of privet (a severe allergen)—when it blooms, I am pretty much confined inside, and usually that doesn’t even work completely. I wanted to get off the OTC stuff because of bad side effects and possible longterm health concerns, so I experimented with using just this for relief. I am happy to say that it eliminated about 85 to 90% of my problems in a completely natural way without side effects.I found that you do need to vary the dosage as the email I received after purchasing the product explains. During the worst times, it was necessary to take 3 capsules every short while. That brings me to the only drawback of the product—it does get a little expensive when you have to use it intensively like this. I don’t believe it is overpriced due to the ingredients and the quality level of the product. But it would be nice to have an option of possibly buying a larger quantity at a little bit of a price break.The information given does say that after the period of initial use, a smaller dose can be effective later on. This may be so; it's hard for me to tell yet due to fluctuating pollen levels, etc.All in all, I’m very satisfied with Lucidia and plan to keep it on hand from now on.

UPDATE 3/25/2016 As the allergy season continued this stopped working entirely. I tried increasing the dose as per the sellers directions and ended up with heartburn and no further relief. Sadly back to Alegra.ORIG: So, I'm allergic to all plants and fruits. I'm in Southern California where the pollen never ends and particulate levels keep my sinuses raw year round. After struggling with Claritin (does it even work?), Zyrtec (depression) and allegra and feeling dried out and stoned most of the time on them I decided to take my mother's advice and try this. I actually didn't have an allergic reaction to it and it seems to be keeping the worst of my reactions at bay. Yes I am still itchy, yes mornings are filled with nose blowing and sneezing and wishing I had bought stock in Kleenex. Yes I still wake up at night with allergies going off. But overall it's less, I can wake up in the night and take more and within 30 min or so I can try to sleep again. Couldn't do that with the 'modern, meds. Best of all, I don't walk around like a zombie from February to June when things are at their worse here.

This worked well for my college age daughter who came home and had developed an allergy to our cat.We got the cat out of the house for a couple of weeks ( farmed out to family) and my daughter went on the Lucidia ( 10/day) for 3 weeksand then when the cat came home she could handle the cat and does not have the throator congestion issue like before.
