I've used these for a few months now. Very pleased with them. First of all, learn the beauty of giant ice cubes for your cocktail concoctions. Depending on the drink, they keep everything cold without as much dilution of the beverage, and there is just something about one giant cube v. a dozen small ones that is better. I used them for martinis. The product itself works fine. The silicon is flexible so you can easily pop the frozen cube out. They've stood up to repeated use. If you have hard water there will be some residue left in the cups, but it doesn't affect the cube any. I'm sure I could clean it out if I cared. Remember the cube itself is pretty big, so you need a glass w a large enough circumference for it to sit down on the bottom.

These ice cube trays turned out to be a really fun purchase. It’s very classy in a short glass when you serve a hard liquor on the ROCK; like Scotch or Gin straight up. I used them a lot over the summer with a slice of lemon or lime frozen in the cube. Even did some with nasturtiums blooms frozen in them for display with chilled shrimp. I found just running a little hot water over the back helped the cubes pop right out. I’m thinking I’ll order a second set so I can whip up frozen herbed butter blocks; fun to have on a dinner plate when you’re serving corn on the cob.

I like that these are less flexible than others I have, it makes them easier to handle when full of water. The cubes are slightly smaller than my previous ones, but they fit the glasses I am using well. Just make sure you check exactly what size you want!

I wanted to make big ice cubes that would work well for normal things like soda and cold tea, all the way up to whiskey and premium spirits. These work perfectly fine, and removing isn't the easiest thing in the world, but it is easy enough if you use a good technique: Twist the whole piece, grab one of the cubes upside down, and push firmly on two sides while holding the border.My only caveat is that the lid won't seal perfectly since it can accumulate some ice on the sides, but to be honest, since it does not advertise itself as an air-tight container, it is usable and works well as long as you store them horizontally. After the cubes are solid, feel free to store them however you want, and they will hold in place perfectly fine.

Nice big cubes that don't melt easily. Not difficult to remove, as some reviews say, if you fold the mold down a bit and push from the bottom. I thought the ice tasted funny from the silicone, but read online how to fix that and it worked! I preheated oven to 350°, put ice cube tray on a cookie sheet and baked it for one hour. Didn't melt and took the smell/taste out, so now they are perfect!

im a pretty active person, gym time isn't the most consistent, but the juice helps maintain some good definition and strength at 35.I've also been a bassist for something like 20 years... and dude. i struggle to push these icebergs out. some less than others.at one point my fingers just got too cold and i said welp, 2 cubes will last longer than a whole tray.i really do like these products. my ONLY concern is if you dont have the best dexterity of the hands, or any sort of hand issues, get some assistance with remove the cubes.

These are great. I used to have plastic ones and they cracked. They are the perfect size for wine or cocktails glasses. My daughter loves to use them for her iced coffee.

Let the ice sit on your counter for 5-10 minutes and they pop right out. Also found them handy for stock. Each cube is a little shy of 1/2 cup. Cube the stock and stock in your freezer - much easier that jars. My ice maker broke and I don't feel any need to fix it.
