4mm Crystal Bezel Titanium Piercing Earrings - Hypoallergenic for Sensitive Ears

We've had these for over a year now. My daughter is actually on her second pair because she lost one of the original earrings. She has very, very sensitive skin and everything other than medical grade titanium or plastic cause her piercings to turn red and start oozing pus. We have bought other titanium earrings and I think the metal used in the soldering must have nickel or some other metal in them, but these do not. They stay in her ears for weeks, she sleeps in them, they are fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone with very sensitive skin. There is literally one other brand that works for her in addition to these.

I didn’t wear earrings for a long time and the holes closed up. I used these to re-pierce my ears with no problem. I didn’t use a gun—just used the included sterile wipes, pulled them out of the cartridge and pushed them through. No problem—they are plenty sharp and it didn’t hurt at all. Also the Red Cross usually defers blood donations for a year when you pierce your ears at a piercing parlor, but they were okay with this and allowed me to donate.

These earrings helped my ear piercings heal so quickly. It's been over 20 years having my earrings, and they've never really completely healed due to my previously unknown skin allergy to the material in gold, silver, etc. I'd have irritation, itching, redness, tenderness, flaking, and fluid at my earring site. The most it healed was when I got my new sterling silver pearl earrings, but after years of wear, the outer layer of the metal probably wore off and irritated my skin again. After wearing these for almost a week, my ears are already healed! I'm very happy I found these earrings because it's hard to find the purest titanium earrings. No redness, itching, fluid, etc anymore. They are 4mm, which is perfect to wear during my clinicals since we need studs less than 5mm. It'd be great in my opinion if they had a 2mm option, as well. It's shiny depending on the direction of light. I like that the back piece is covered, so I don't need to worry about being poked/scratched during my sleep. They come in sterile packages for intention of piercing ears with earring piercing gun, but it's fairly easy to remove earrings from packaging if you already have piercings.

This rating is particular to our specific use for these earrings. I got these for my daughter whose piercings are still healing, but we need to take her earrings out for soccer games. the earrings she got at her piercing go in from the back which is very awkward. These ones are nice but the backing is so hard to get on and off they do not meet our particular need. If we just wanted them to stay in for a good long while we'd probably be happier. They are *really* hard to take off and on.

After having her ears pierced 4 years ago, my daughter suddenly developed an allergy to most earring metals. She tried gold, quality sterling silver, surgical steel, but reacted to all of them. I heard niobium and titanium are good for sensitive ears, so she first tried some niobium and titanium hook style earring wires, and sadly still had reactions to those. I found out titanium studs (not hook style) can be helpful while the ears fully heal from the allergy for a few months, and in the q&a the company said these are made with medical grade titanium, so we tried these. She has worn them a month so far with absolutely no itching or redness! I love that they came sterilized. Yes, they are pointy on the ends (they are intended for an ear-piercing system), but the earring back totally covers it up, so it hasn't been a problem. To me, the actual earring metal looks a little darker/duller than the picture, but it doesn't bother me, they are still very pretty! Even if other titanium hasn't worked for your sensitive ears, I would recommend trying these, they are apparently a good quality titanium.

These are really cute and I like them very much because you can sleep and shower with them on. My only issue is that, since they're meant to be used with a piercing gun, they have sharp ends and that hurts my ears every time I put them on. Also, they can be difficult to take off

I love these earrings! Comfortable backs so they don't bother me when I'm sleeping, great size and they match everything, and so far they've been fantastic for my very sensitive ears.I recently had my ears re-pierced with titanium earrings (which I loved), but had a hard time putting them on (they're the type that goes in through the back, and the little gem screws onto the front). I tried several other earrings but they irritated my ears. Decided to try these, and they're perfect for me!Note: they are packaged for piercing guns, but I used tweezers to push the earring front out of the packaging (see attached picture), and then used the tweezers to break the small white tab to remove the earring back.

I have very, very sensitive ears and am always wary of buying "titanium" earrings online - you never know what you will actually get! Therefore, I only own a few pair of earrings that actually work for me.I am so glad I decided to take a chance and buy these. They are piercing earrings and come in the case to be put in a piercing gun, but if you don't intend to use them for that, it's not difficult to get them out.I wore them for weeks without any irritation at all. They haven't discolored, the size is perfect and the stone is very clear. These are great earrings and I hope they come in more colors soon!
