Tried to get a color that matched our Oak. Not even close.When we reached out to Mfg they said that it was the light brown.Nice, strong seat just bad color description.

I wanted to wait few months to post an honest review for this bar stool. I liked this bar stool because of its appearance, cushion for comfort and sturdiness. I gave it a 4 stars because their joints started to get loosen up in couple months so I had to tighten it over period of time.

Quality of workmanship goes pass what you can see.I'm not sure how long the edges will hold under the seat where the material is stapled. (View pictures) Wasn't a very neat or properly tucked before stapling.

The product I received was very good. The stools were strong and well-made. They were easy to put together. I had a glitch. The order that was sent to me, had one wrong stool in it. The customer service was excellent. They sent me a new stool. and told me to keep the other one, and then they sent me a nice box of chocolates for my pain. I thought that was a special touch. I would order from them again without any worries.

I purchased the gray/dark brown bar height stools and they look great and more expensive than they were. Since they are brand new, I am not sure how sturdy they will be in the long run, but they are not wobbly. They come with pads for the bottom of the legs so they don’t scrape the floor. The only reason I took off one star is because the color doesn’t match the stock photo as much as I would expect. The cushion is more of a “greige” instead of gray, and I wouldn’t consider the legs dark brown. Overall great purchase.

These were easy to assemble. I'm a 64 year old single grandmother. These look attractive and not cheap at all. Very sturdy, nice padded seat. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Loved everything about the stool except the color! I ordered grey but it is more like taupe. Other than that the design and style is perfect.

We have been looking for the saddle style bar stools and finally stumbled across these. Was iffy about purchasing from Amazon because we couldn’t see them. I ordered only one just to see then fell in love and ordered the other two immediately after seeing it put together. Hubby didn’t complain with putting them together so easy assembly. With small children we needed something easy to clean. These are very nice. Definitely worth the money. We bought 3 total in the 29in and they are a perfect fit, comfy and sturdy. We are very pleased with our purchase.

These stools are perfection! They are very well made, super easy to put together and comfortable! The material is a greyish beige colour, but I have grey floors and they look amazing. I searched and searched for the perfect counter height stool and this is it! I bought two but I’m thinking I may get a third one. Oh and the instructions are funny, suggesting pizza and Netflix once your done putting them together...don’t mind if I do!

I had been eyeing these stools for awhile and after I got my new kitchen table and chairs, decided to go for it as they had the same look. They arrived, my husband put them together in no time. They looked beautiful and were really sturdy. However, the more I looked at them, the more I realized it wasn't the same colour as I had ordered. Amazon was great with returning them and sending me a set of replacement stools but once again, not the colour for the description of what I was ordering. I ordered the Grey/Dark Brown - product #21302 but the colour of the item Beige/Light Brown product #21303. So again, I have returned them but I really wanted to love them as they are beautiful stools.Update Spring of 2022. I noticed that they had been out of stock and so thought this might resolve the issue and reordered I once again ordered the grey/brown and once again received what I got the first couple of times. I did decide to keep them this time even though it isn't exactly what I ordered but I love the stools and they still work with the space. So just be cautious of colours when ordering.

These bar stools are easy to assemble , small hic up because my husband did NOT follow instructions ! But even though it was his fault this amazing company understood and seriously looked after and did so immediately , professionally communicating with us and meant what they said , they went out of their way to ensure we were 100% satisfied. The product is made of solid attractive wood , material for the cushions is high quality . They slide under my kitchen Island without marking the floors ( protectors included ) true to dimensions as outlined in description, the seats are comfortable. This is a family run business that look after the customer and offer high quality stuff , reasonably priced . Just buy them !!

I purchased two of these stools after looking for a long time trying to find a style I liked. These stools are beautiful and comfortable! Unfortunately one of the stools came with parts issues. Instead of going through Amazons return process and not knowing whether I’d get another matching stool I contacted Nathan James CS. I had an excellent experience with customer happiness contact Melanie! She responded in less than a day and ensured that my issue would be resolved as soon as possible. She was diligent, kind and courteous in ensuring my concerns were taken care of, I received my replacement stool in a matter of weeks. The pair look fabulous are comfortable and sturdy! I really love these stools, they were super easy to put together. Stylish and comfy. Easy to clean after the cat has had a nap on them. The only thing my boyfriend and I mildly dislike is the way the cushion wrinkles on the corners, but it has no affect on the product or the look what’s so ever. 10/10 would order again
