We put these on our misters for our chicken run. We have a well that has a lot of rust and lime. Whenever the mister stops misting, we know its time to change the filter. As soon as we switch it out, it works perfectly again. I'm sure these are saving our misting heads. I can see tons of rust inside when I change the filter out. Lasts a good few months before you need to change them.

This filter has plenty of flow to supply water to several mister heads down line. It is also very compact and the connections are standard pipe thread. This makes it extremely easy to buy fittings and easy to connect to the system. Again, a great value!

Works well on my horse stall misters.

If you're suing his with a mister to keep cool /to keep your plants cool-Don't. I used it on Az when it was 107-110 with the mister hose. It left such a thick layer of white powder all over the plants leaves that some of them suffered. it won't wash off. I tried vinegar-nope & my black wrong iron now has a thick layer of the white stuff all over it too. I would rather buy new misters every year & allow them to clog than ever use this again! Terrible.

Finally no longer having to replace mister heads! Answer to your prayers! Especially if you have hard water.

This product does not work! We installed it and it worked the first time and after that, sediment got through because half of the sprayers were clogged. This product is a waste of good money!

Using these filters makes the misters they are attached to essentially never plug up. However as the connections are plastic there is a chance of damaging the threads if your not careful and they leak just a little bit. Recommend getting some Teflon tape with it
