Asked by my chiropractor to get this for my tendonitis/planter's. Flat feet supported, easy to cut and peel to adjust to support your ailment.

Good product. Work well and it is easy to remove with not too much pain

As long as you don’t sweat this tape sticks but don’t agree that it’s waterproof as during an exercise class it starts to peel off , same when having a shower . It does help my muscles that need protecting on a walk or an activity that doesn’t require getting wet & it stretches as required . Bit disappointing!

These 100% work. The only thing I have tried (and tried lots of things) that almost take my knee pain away. Discreet under clothes. Flexible. BUT sadly my skin reacted with the adhesive. Irritated my skin and caused blisters. Gutted.

I had pulled a muscle in my shoulder and thought this would really help. It was extremely sticky and bruised my skin so just be mindful where you put it. Can’t really say if it did help as needed a physiotherapist and acupuncture to sort me out. Ok I suppose for the price.

Good adhesion and good stretch. Not much pain relief

Tried this for my knee and did help by giving support whilst playing golf. Stayed in place for 3 days even after showers.

I was advised by my GP to get this tape for my damaged ligaments. It gives very good support so that you can get on with life.
