Just what I needed
These were my last option I purchased jam plug and the screw didn’t fit the size of the hole on my shoe but these plugs fit.. some what they still have a gap to tighten but I wouldn’t want to strip the toe stop hole on my skates But overall I enjoy having these it’s so much easier to do dips it my skates now

Pretty sturdy. I bought the white ones because that’s all they had and used a marker to “paint” them black.

I did receive a matching pair & these are 5/16" per the description. However, seller did confirm the metal looks rusted, so I will be returning for refund and looking for a dance plug without these issues.
