Bugs Bunny 80th Anniversary Collection (Blu-ray)

Who would have believed that a mischievous rabbit named Bugs Bunny could continue to bring so much laughter and joy for over 80 years. These classic cartoon have stood the test of time and will continue to do so. Ahhh, for those youthful days of long ago when Saturday morning cartoons brought family and friends together around the television for a brief moment in time.

I love Bugs Bunny! I had to get this collection. I recognized some classic cartoons and they added some cartoons I've never seen before.

I was surprised there was more to this collection than a DVD. This collection comes in a collectors box with a Funko Pop Bugs Bunny figure that I did not expect. I am very happy with the selection of classic Bugs Bunny cartoons in this set - there's a lot of individual cartoons, and very few duplicates (I think only 1 or 2) from the other 2 Looney Tunes Blu Ray sets I have collected. Many of the best and most memorable features are on here, such as From Hare to Heir and What's Opera Doc, along with many more favorites!

I loved Bugs as a child, so I thought my grandkids might like him also. So I bought this and sent it to them. THEY LOVE IT! Just goes to show you great cartoons traverse years and generations. One warning though, there is cigarettes and booze in some of the episodes, so, buyer beware.

I recently purchased the Bugs Bunny 80th Anniversary Collection on Blu-ray, and it's been a fantastic addition to my collection! The set includes 60 classic animated shorts, showcasing Bugs Bunny at his best from 1940 to 1964. The video quality is stunning, with vibrant colors and sharp details that bring these timeless classics to life.The audio is clear, and the special features, including commentaries and behind-the-scenes insights, add great value to the set. It's wonderful to see these iconic cartoons preserved so beautifully, and it's a joy to watch them with my family.Overall, this collection is a must-have for any Bugs Bunny fan or anyone who appreciates classic animation.

Got this for my husband for Father’s Day! Makes a great gift. Even has a POP with it. There are a lot of classic episodes on it! Great value!!

This had some cartoons I had not seen or heard of before. A very welcome addition to my collection that I will enjoy for a long time.

Like many I was not interested in the Funko Pop figure, but I did not boycott this release or decide to wait until they sell the Blu-Rays on their own. If people don't buy this set we may never see the cartoons released on their own anyway. And I would like to see more Blu-Ray releases of WB cartoons. If they don't sell they will not release more, many classic cartoons in HD will be stuck behind the paywall at HBO Max, which is a rental.Rant aside, this set is a gem. There are about 10 cartoons here that were also on the Platinum Collection Blu-Rays, which themselves did not sell well enough to warrant more than 3 volumes and are now hard to find. Some cartoons here are on disc for the first time, some in HD for the first time and others getting their aspect ratio fixed to the proper 4:3. Most of the extras were released before on the Golden Collections. The picture quality on all the cartoons is incredible.If you like Looney Tunes please buy this. If you don't want the Funko Pop sell it or give it away. The figure comes in it's own box so it's brand new. I got the set for $55 and we may see it on sale for less around Thanksgiving.
