Studies have shown Citrulline can increase the amount of Arginine in the blood, leading to increased Nitric Oxide production. When I take this for a few days straight I can tell it is working in two ways - I get increased blood flow to muscles and I am not as sore the next day after a hard workout. The added bonus is it increases blood flow to my "Nether Regions". Believe it or not this is how I can tell the quality of the Citrulline I am taking. A good indication at my age (let's just say over 50) is waking up with a stiff one. I know that is a strange way to qualify a product for potency but that is how it works in my body. I have spoken with a few other users of L-Citrulline and they have stated the same thing. So in a nut shell the Swanson brand passes the "Woody Test". Another way of putting it is I trust Swanson with my Johnson.

Most Citrulline 2:1 or 1:1 powders are very acidic/tart. This powder still has that malic acid taste, however it's much more subtle and the product is of higher quality based on the results that I've experienced with lower dosages than some of the competing products in this category.

I use this product before going to the gym to endure a very strenuous weight training workout. Ever since beginning to use it, I now get through the workout without feeling fatigued !!! That's what the product promised, and they have come through !!!

This is the most legit tasting Citrulline Malate i've ever tried! Other products don't have floaties! Remember that aminos are not soluble in water!
