Looks well put together and packaging is secure. I have fitted mine with a 12v cigarette plug as it suits my set up better than the crocodile clips. This may void your warranty. Tested it in cloudy conditions and it's charging my devices perfectly. Control unit and LED indicator is pre mounted to the back side of the panel which is neat and tidy but not easily visible. Would prefer it to be separate so that you can mount it on your 12v panel/board for example. The connector plugs are decent quality too. Overall very impressed for the money.

I know little about solar but bought this as I already have a similar one from the same manufacturer. Hooked it up to two 12v batteries wired in parallel on Monday and Thursday evening both were fully charged, could do with longer leads but I’m hoping to be able to buy some longer ones

Arrived on time as expected.When you open the box it looks like the LED display is missing, once you get it into the sunlight you can see they are inside the black back.Upon putting it outside both charging and sun light LED showed, when connecting to battery shows charging.Will update once I have had ‘road tested it’.Magnetic fixing is strong but wouldn’t want to drive above 20-30 so would probs take it off and move it whilst moving. Anyone drove at high speeds with it on?Feels ok quality, however let’s see how it deal with UK none stop rain and poor light.Probably worth dabbling as a 1st solar panel.This is connected to a 12v leisure battery in camper.Connect it red then black to mitigate any short circuits.Hope this is helpful.

Keeps the motorhome (vehicle) battery charged up when not in use. Before I had this I was having to plug the charger in every month. A little tip - place it facing upwards throught the roof light, not through a side window, it works much better.

Everything seems to be working at first, but now the car battery is dead and I will need another thanks to too much charging voltage of over 20V in direct sunlight. It should be just over 14V for a12v Battery. It’s like they supplied me with an 18V charger by mistake. Looking at the back of the panel, it’s within rated delivery, but this voltage is just not good for your 12v batteries

Works OK easy to use comes with bolt on magnets . one of which isn't but won't be using them as just leave it on top of dash and works fine

I bought this solar panel to maintain charge on a leisure battery, which it does nicely! The solar panel has a controller at the back of it with an easy read display. Red to indicate that it senses sunlight, blue when charging and green when fully charged. It senses sunlight even when overcast although it won’t be the same output as when in direct sunlight
