Best pizza oven I have ever had!
This is a stunning pizza oven, really easy to assemble and so simple to get it going! ...drop in the pellets light them and away you go... once up to temperature (approx 15 mins) you are all set. A 12” Pizza will literally take around one minute to cook (depending on the base thickness), thinner the crust the faster is cooks ...but be careful as 15 seconds too long could make a big difference! Super hot and super fast! ...Love this Ooni Fyra! Best money I’ve spent in a long time! (YouTube is a great source for how it all works)

Love this!
Love this! .. feed it wood pellets and it gives you pizza in about a minute. Pizza dough recipe in the manual is great with 00 flour .. just remember to order wood pellets and natural firelighters. I also bought 2 pizza peel to make the process better for the family pizza night, a laser thermometer makes it easier to know when the stone is hot .. and cornmeal makes everything slide easier.

Brilliant ooni oven
This was a surprise for my Italian husbands Birthday. I decided to get the Pellet one and wasn't disappointed. Husband after watching loads of utube videos said I did really well as it would be the one he would have bought. We had a large family birthday and this was on none stop. My husband has his pizza dough down as he was a Chef. So all he had to do was get his head around the oven itself. I gave it to him early as so he could practice. Its well built, the stone is loverly and I bought a heat gun, pizza paddle, cutter and slice separate. Good price. The self topping feeder for the pellets is a god send. I also chose the black oven not all silver as it keeps its colour where I know a silver ooni doesn't. (Friends have one). If anyone wants one I suggest you watch loads of utube videos and tips. Make sure you use cold prepared Tomatoe sauce and room temp dough after knocking it back once it rises. If you use dough out of the fridge this makes it stick to the paddle the same qith using hot sauce. My NO1 TIP IS MAKE SURE YOU USE SAMOLINA FOR THE PADDLE AND SAMOLINA TO PRESS THE PIZZA DOUGH OUT. This is because it helped you launch the pizza from the paddle to the oven. It lights up and heats up nicely. We love this oven and hope our review has helped you make a decision. Oh wood and wood pellets give the authentic wood fire pizza smell and taste. Xxx

It’s ok - but not brilliant
I bought this based on reputation. The quality of the parts seems good. It works fine, but the claim that it cooks a pizza in 30 seconds is just not true. The issue is getting the stone hot enough. It tends to burn the top and leave the base too doughy. I don’t think it’s user error - very thin dough base and tried different recipes and techniques. The base still has a tendency to be undercooked when top is overcooked

What a gift
The recipient loved it and makes such great pizzas in no time at all. Was unsure whether to buy the gas or wood fire version however using the wood fire pellets was very straight forward and didn’t need the hassle of setting up the gas. Pizzas cooked fine and easy to work.

Something we are going to use all the time!
It’s actually much easier than I thought it would be. When cooking pizza with a cast iron, I usually slowly bring it up to temperature over 10 minutes, then cook the bottom of the pizza before putting it in the grill to cook the top. So it’s quite a long process. This takes 15 minutes or so to heat up and then cooks the pizza in less than a couple of minutes. Clean up is also super easy as there’s very little mess created by the wood pellets. Also, the flavour is definitely better in the Ooni!

The best garden item we've ever bought
This was our first attempt with this oven. Had heard mixed things about the ease of cooking but we had no problems. The resulting pizzas are beyond delicious - cannot wait to try it again!
