Everyone arrived safe and healthy, and woke up pretty quickly after I put them in their tank! They're super friendly and love to climb and explore their new tank. The seller was super nice and answered all of my questions that I had (and believe me, I had a lot). Definitely recommended!

We got our first delivery via USPS, I was worried as it was still over 100 degrees and I was notified via email my mail was delivered earlier than normal so the little guys were in my mailbox roasting, thankfully they were ok. Wound up having to order a second set because my two children couldn't share the pair, so we have two sets from you and they are awesome. We have had snail races! Thank you

Snails came a few days early, one immediately woke up and active and the other only took a slight amount of time , less than an hour. The care instructions provide you with instructions how to mist and clean them and wake them! Really good !

The snails arrived in a small box. They come with directions showing how they should look and how to get them active. I put mine in Nick Baker's snail world aquarium ordered on Amazon. They seem to be happy and healthy in it and we (my 4 year old son and I) take them out and let them race each other all over the porch. If you want an easy to take care of and fun to watch animal, try these snails.

Wasn't to sure about ordering snails but Granddaughter insisted. They arrived alive and healthy. Took them about three hours to wake up but were quite active after that. They were shipped from breeder fast but came by snail mail. May order more.

The snails came in dead and gave of a fishy order when they came in. I tried to see, just in case if one of the two snails were alive, but after just a few hours the smell got worse and there was zero activity coming front he snails so it's safe to assume they didn't make the trip. I was fearful of this happening because my order came in late and went through Texas during the worst time of year. I'm honestly upset because I had higher expectations for this, but when I looked at the contents of the packing there was nothing to help heat the poor guys during the trip and that's why I believe they died because their shells felt pretty cold when I got them, but not frozen. I think they could have done better to make the trip safer for the snails. The box was marked as "fragile" and not "live". If they marked the package as "live" I'm sure the snails would have make it safer especially when being shipped through Texas..

Package came in a couple of days of shipping. Did a lot of research to get ready for these two. One was awake and moving as soon as I opened their container and the other started moving as I got the terrarium open. They are legal in my state and I will have to do crowd control later on since I never see them here. I am so happy these arrived so soon. They were snug in their plastic container and hanging out on the side of it. The box was shipped first-class with a fragile sticker and paper stuffed in to keep them still. *They mark as "fragile" rather than "live animal" to sell illegally outside of their state. Buyer beware, this may lead to delays and improper handling.*Update: One of my snails died and finding info on why was really difficult. Read that the powder was bad for them, that they need protein, and my terrarium wasn't humid enough. Currently getting more. The surviving one was dormant for a while (thought it was dead) but, it woke up today to eat some protein and patrol its home. Contacted the seller to ask if there was any info they may have left out of the care packet, all I got was the same thing. Use powder, spray water, and feed veg. Not helpful. Looked up care info on GAL Snails for its diet after reading a panicked Redit post. May have saved my snail's life if I had seen it sooner. Also, DO NOT peel away the cover of the shell opening! It can cause all kinds of issues and stress! I know the seller's care guide says it's ok, but it isn't. The /r for snails says this seller is great to buy from, but they get a few things wrong when it comes to care info for the snails they sell.

The media could not be loaded.  My beautiful snails came today! They were in a nice little package. The instructions were very helpful! My snails woke up within an hour! Love them so much!
