Best-Rite 1-Inch Map Rail, 4-Feet, Set of 6, Natural Cork (522D)

These are clean, nice looking rails, however, the cork is not thick enough to hold a regular pushpin. I imagine they are more suited to a regular staple, but for ease of adjustment, I prefer push pins, and am disappointed to not be able to use them as effectively.

The quality of these cork strips seem fine, but there were no instructions on where or how to install them...no mention that we'd need a special drill bit to drill through the metal housing. These would be better if the holes were pre-drilled or self tapping screws were included so we could easily hang them. The included screws are NOT self tapping and messed up the unit when trying to hang them the first time. More time and money spent going back to the hardware store to get hardware which should have already been included.

This was an excellent deal. Product arrive exactly as described. When I bought I product I knew there was going to be damage to it, which is why I received it at a fair discount. I was expecting more damage, however to my surprise it was exactly how the seller described. I was able to repair the damage and use as I had intended. I just wish there were more for me to buy.

These are the installation parts included...no instructions. What is the circle part for?

Although the styling was nice, the poor quality of the cork material was lacking and very thin and wouldn't hold a push pin. I returned the item.
