The product is good and sturdy no doubt and I have added 10kg to each rod and it can easily handle the weight. The nuts are heavy and is good too. The only thing that I didn't liked was the end corners of the rod which is not properly sanded ie. it can easily give you a scratch if you are not careful. But that's about all the cons of the rod. Overall it is a value for money product.Edit: After a month of usage I realise the grip is very coarse and definitely not good for bare hands.

Basic functional item. Bought is as the earlier dumbell rod had a friction lock that could not handle heavier weights. The nit mechanism works just fine.Packaging was very basic, just some bubble wrap, and a result of the shipping it arrived with some damage. The damage does not affect the function, so I did not bother returning

I got these for 345.I have been using this product for about a month now. The rods are sturdy and of good quality. The grip is good but not suitable for bare hands(can use with gloves). The nuts tighten the weight perfectly.It's not a good option if you want to change weights during the workouts. The nuts take time to come off. But definitely a good option if you don't need variable weights.
