They help the high archs in my feet. But I had to buy gel insoles seperatly because this product is extremely tough and rough, its very hard, stiff material so hopefully placing the gel insoles on top of this item will soften the bottom of my shoe and support my high archs at the same time.

I wasted my money on these inserts. The insert itself was too thick, and way too much instep or arch thickness. I tried cutting them down to size but none of that worked, The inserts were just too thick. I ended up buying the Ortholite inserts, blue with the light blue stripe. They were cheaper and fit perfectly, no adjustments needed! Ortholite is great!

Got these quickly and easily cut them down to the right size. My feet are much happier when I walk now. :)

My husband and I go to a lot of comic book and movie conventions and we are on our feet walking around for (sometimes) 12 hours. Even that amount of time on your feet in good shoes is going to make your feet sore, but we also dress up in costumes and my cosplay boots are terrible to walk in for long periods of time. These inserts fit inside my boots perfectly and give a little more cushion and support than the flat, hard, sole that's already in there. They are made of breathable material so I find that they don't start to smell bad after two or three days of constantly wearing them, like I've had with a few other brands. I also like that my feet don't slide around in my shoes with these either. That's a huge plus for me because I usually only wear thin stockings with my boots at these conventions and me feet start to sweat and slide all over the place in my boot, which then ends up giving me blisters. I have found that good orthotic insoles are very hard to find. I have purchased and tried several store bought brands. Although they seem to work in the beginning, within days they seem to lose their structure. My son suffers from several foot issues, so I gave him these insoles for his shoes. He says they are very comfortable. Almost like he's wearing a brand new pair of shoes. They fit in his shoes perfectly with no trimming needed. Since we inserted these insoles, he has had less foot pain while wearing his shoes.
