I have 3 other 1 ton Godrej ACs in the house so when my living room 2 ton OG AC finally packed up, I trusted Godrej once again and bought their 2 ton AC.Unfortunately, the AC is very substandard and doesn’t provide any cooling at all. In spite of refilling gas several times, the AC just doesn’t have any muscle at all. We have to put on the fan with the AC or sweat endlessly.Very disappointed with this purchase!

Awesome .product..no voice..super chilling, my hall is around 250 sqft , and it is cooling my hall with in 5 mints..This is no. 1 Ac In the market, with all latest features.

The 2 ton ac came in an unsealed carton. Installation team was slapdash in work. Ac defective after a few days usage. Godrej refused to replace or accept return quoting "10 day policy" (they were contacted on 11th day from delivery). Had to have it repaired. Horrible experience. DO NOT BUY GODREJ.

I purchased Godrej 2 ton split AC on April 6, 2022. They told me that a free one time service will be provided and one year warranty is also there. Just one month after purchase on May 14, 2022 my AC stopped working. No cooling, nothing. As per their promise and warranty, I called the shop from where i purchased the AC. The shop then told me to talk with the service center and gave me the service centre number. I talked with the service centre and the centre asked me to talk to the admin and gave her number. And again i talked with the admin and she told me to talk to the service center again. Likewise I kept talking and talking with all of them four/five time each but till now {April 17, 2022} no service is provided. My AC is still not working. They do not care about the customer at all. Their warranty meant nothing, and their one free service meant nothing.Now, I have decided to never contact Godrej ever again. Contacting them brings you only angers nothing else. Their AC is bad and their customer service is worse. Better to have nothing to do with Godrej especially in Delhi.

Very nice product, comfortable to use and comes with 5 yr comprehensive Warantty which provides me peace with maintainace cost.

never buy a godrej AC, i have purchased last year. product quality is low & service label is extreemly bad. since the time i purchased it always have problem. i am using 4 more plant of other brands (LG& AKAI) never had such issue. Godrej plant always stand with error H3, sometime compresser stops working & sometime dropping water inside. the technicians come after multiple call but giving no resolution.
