I can’t believe there isn’t more reviews for this. I wanted to get a “beginners” kit to try my hand at making cakes as a new hobby, and this is a NEXT LEVEL kit! There’s so many items, literally everything I need and more. It all seems to be good quality too for the price! Highly recommend!!

I am not a baker by any means! I wanted to try to make a cake for my daughter's bridal shower. I started watching YouTube videos and realized I had been making cakes/cupcakes wrong my whole life.This package has everything that I need to make cakes/cupcakes and more! It's amazing how many different piping top shapes are in here and all the things I'm learning to do. I don't know the terminology for any of this stuff, lol. The best thing for me is the turntable! Now my icing looks halfway decent on a cake. So happy I purchased this even though I'm not going to use it that often.

This kit includes everything you need to decorate a beautiful cake. I'm surprised they could fit so many items in one box. And it includes more supplies than most of the competitors and for just a couple dollars more. I really feel I got more than my money's worth with this kit.I was a little confused by the cake slicer, but after looking back at the product page, I saw how to set it so the cutting wire is tight. It was super easy to do.I love that each nozzle is numbered and there is a chart showing what design each nozzle makes. I'm looking forward to decorating with my daughters and creating all kinds of fun frosting designs with all the different piping nozzles.I'll be sure to buy more as gifts!

The good:Turntable spins better than expected.Lots of tips. So many tips.Frosting spatulas are good quality and fairly stiff.In fact, this kit has more stuff than you probably will ever use.The bad:The tips are an absolute nightmare to get back in their case - you cannot stack them in numerical order; don’t even try. Good luck.One of the cake cutter wires broke while cutting the 2nd cake it ever went up against.Cheap plastic bags burst constantly and unexpectedly. Good thing they give you so many - you’re gonna need them.

Affordable and you get so many pieces

I used to decorate cakes in order to make some extra money for my children's extracurricular activities. That was a very long time ago tho.I gave away all of my decorating supplies a few years ago. Now I've decided that I'd like to start decorating cakes again, but just for family members birthdays. When I saw this on Amazon, I thought it was not only a good buy, but exactly what I needed. IF I had gone to a cake decorating store to purchase all of the items that are in the box, it sure would've cost a lot more money! So I encourage you to purchase this because it's a perfect start for beginners.

I was SUPER impressed with this product; so much that i had to write a review. The decorating tips are great and the turntable, while plastic, is better than the $12 one i just bought from wally world made by wilton. My favorite and unexpected part was the nested measuring soons, securely plastic-ed togethee so i will never again loose them! I was a bit skeptical on the collapsing measuring cups but let me tell you it held up nicely while i was rocking around my kitchen. i highly recommend this product. The icing spatulas are well made and sturdy, im kicking myself i spent as much as this kit cost a week ago on two spatulas, again at Walmart. Love this kit and i think u will too!

I would give this 4 stars overall, except for the rotating turn table. The bearings (little metal bb's) fall out of the turntable, so that is pretty useless.
