Easy to Take
The capsules are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. My husband and I take them. Our glucose level remains stable. I will continue to purchase and take them.

Not sure yet, too soon to tell.
We think it is a good product as my husband is struggling with high blood sugars. I have him on a good diet and he still struggles with high blood sugar even though he weighs at the correct weight. For some reason his body doesn't absorb the sugar. He has only been taking it for two months so we don't really have a good say of whether it has been working or not.He does notice a more positive outlook on things and is less anxious and he has noticed more energy. Although, he is taking other supplements too so we don't know which it is.
