pretty self explanatory to build and made from thick steel. the wheels- 2 of which lock with push down levers work well and screw into position and can be levelled, the screws. bolts and nuts/washers all bagged up neat fits together with ease and locks once all tight very good stand and highly recommend

This Vivo Mobile TV Rolling Floor Stand is a tremendous value. It is strong steel, well finished and just right for rolling my 40" Vizio (which weighs only 17 lbs) around the patio for outdoor viewing at the optimal position and height. It looks great and functions flawlessly. It assembled easily. Though it comes with a sheetmetal wrench and a 4mm Allen, I used my own 8mm and 10mm sockets to speed assembly. And a 17mm end wrench to tighten the caster jam nuts. Sadly, one tiny nut was missing; I found a replacement from my personal metric collection of miscellaneous nuts and bolts. Pay close attention to the graphical instructions. I assembled the base upside down before realizing it was wrong. Easily remedied. Also comes with a collection of TV mounting screws, washers and spacers.I was going to mount the TV on the wall, but being off to the side and quite high, that would very much limit viewing angles and no doubt strain necks. What I really wanted was to have the TV in front of me, wherever I might be sitting and also be able to optimize for group viewing if necessary.This little cart is exactly what I wanted. It has 2" high quality urethane casters that roll effortlessly and silently on smooth surfaces. They aren't cheap hard plastic wheels. Each caster's threaded stem screws into a tapped hole. A jam nut on the threaded stem allows you to adjust the casters so all four are on the ground, then tighten the jam nuts to lock the adjustment. No wobble! You'll need a 17mm end wrench to tighten the nuts. Two of the casters are equipped with all-lock brakes that prevent both rolling and castering so the TV stays put if desired. When I'm done, I can simply roll the TV out of the way or into the house for safe storage.The base measures 18x20 inches. My 40" TV is 36" wide. You might think it would be top heavy or unstable, but it's not for me, especially as I have the mast set to near its lowest position.The sturdy steel telescoping mast allows me to lower the TV so that the bottom edge of the 40" TV is 24" inches from the ground -- a few inches above coffee table height. This allows a very comfortable viewing angle when sitting in my somewhat lower patio chairs. In other words, it puts the TV at a very comfortable height to avoid neck strain.The mount is adjustable and accommodates the 200x200mm Visa mount hole pattern on my TV. It can also handle 100x200 or smaller. Other stands have very large mounting bars. This one is small, simple and compact. Be aware its max Visa mount pattern is 200x200. You can adjust for level and tilt. It can tilt up about 15 degrees. It does not tilt down. The tilt is controlled by a knob. Be aware the TV is more or less permanently mounted onto the mast and the mast is bolted tightly to the base using five fasteners with locknuts: it does not come apart easily. If you want to disassemble this device for travel, you'll need to add thumbscrews.I did not want extraneous things like extra shelves for a DVD player. It's clean and simple. Its price is very reasonable. With all the nuts and bolts tightened securely, there is no wobble anywhere.Couldn't he happier. it's well engineered, strong, lightweight and portable.
