Excellent journal cover. I wanted a sturdy journal cover as I am a farmer and keep notes. I didn’t care how trendy it looked just wanted something nice. This works well and I liked the notebooks. A bit expensive for all of it however it will take me a long time to fill it up. The string is a bit weird could have went for just a snap closure but I think it was their attempt to look like an old explorers notebook or something. My only dislike was the single thread stitching. I accidentally tore loose a corner already fighting with the cover of the notebook not sliding closed when I shut the notebook. Not a big deal for me and working well.

To say I am pleased is an understatement. I absolutely LOVE this journal! Real genuine leather that will age beautifully!! I have high expectations for it and enough leather care supplies to keep it looking good. Nothing like the sweet smell of leather and her beauty! Would definitely recommend for whatever it is for your journalling or writing needs!

Functions as expected

This journal is beautiful. I gave it as a gift and it was very well received. The cover is thick and firm and sturdy, and the notebook that goes into in is lovely paper. The pen that came with it writes very nicely.

I write stores in A5 note books that travel to and from with me to work, I brought this so I can protect from my bag. they where getting pretty beaten up and the pocket is handy to pop receipts in

Loving this gift to myself. A treat to journal in.

I wanted a cover for my notebooks as I make loads of notes when creating my novels. Not only does it look good it also feels good when you’re carrying it. The leather strap is quite long but is fine to work around when you’re sat down jotting ideas and suchlike. All in all a great piece of kit.
