Finally, great battery life!
Huge improvement in battery life - went from running out of by dinnertime with light use to having plenty with heavier use. Only complaint is this battery is just slightly thicker than the original. Since I use a case this really isn't an issue. If you don't use a case, the back of the V20 will unlatch.

Wow people were right
Battery doesn't fit UNLESS you remove the sticker. It's hilarious how the battery fits the LG V20 once you remove the sticker; with the sticker still attached, it just won't quite fit, you can try to jam the back case on but once you remove the info sticker, it just fits.Feels like the phone is lasting longer, or maybe it's just the placebo effect, getting 4-5hrs screen-on-time on lineageos 18.1, stock kernel. Would buy again in 2-3 years.

Not completely compatible
The battery works well but the back panel cannot stay. It keeps popping out though the seller states that it's compatible.

Fits LG V20 perfectly and holds a long charge.
Just got it yesterday, I was worried it may not fit my phone after reading several reviews, but the battery pack fits in my LG V20 perfect with the original back cover. The battery is the same thickness as the OEM battery. Only the new battery last much longer. Before from 8am to 5pm, my old OEM battery ok not has 20% capacity left, this batter still has 70% left after 7 hours. At $12.49, this is the best deal on an extended 4200 mAh battery for the LG V20. The first full charge I got on the new battery lasted over48 hours. So far so good. Just had it for 2 days, so can't comment on longevity yet. Will update after some time.

Battery holds adequate power, and will fit in my LG V20 after removing an overly thick label

A little too fat. Phone back randomly pops off!
The battery is a little too thick for the phone. As a result, the back of my phone keeps popping off randomly. It does have more battery life than the original battery. My phone says 10+ hours now. However it doesn't appear that the battery is fast charging like the original battery. It is taking 3+ hours to fully charge. As for longevity its OK. My phone can handle an 8 hour work day again.
