I purchased these bags and loved them. Unfortunately, two of the bags had zippers fall off during the delicate cycle. It was so strange because the bag was completely zipped yet! Without disassembling the garment bag zipper and re-sewing it (which is something that's certainly not up my alley!) the two bags were no longer useable.My husband encouraged me to reach out to the company to see if there was anything they could do. I was reluctant and honestly put it off for a couple weeks thinking I'd never hear from them anyway. I was so wrong!! I promptly received a response apologizing for what happened and they gave a couple options to remedy the situation.I could not be more pleased with both the product and the customer service!!!!! I truly think it was a fluke that two of my bags lost zippers while in the wash. These garment bags are high quality and do an awesome job protecting my most delicate clothes. Thank you to the customer service team for being so awesome!

I love the quality of these bags. I very much like this configuration; however, l would like to also see other configurations offered such as three large mesh laundry bags and two medium bags or just a set of the larger mesh laundry bags by themselves. Many of us have larger expensive but washable items such a pants and some bulkier sweaters, some of which are tunic length. I would like to put these larger items which appear to be of a delicate nature inside of a large mesh laundry bag.In addition to more of the larger mesh laundry bags I would also like to see a configuration that offers three medium bags and two smaller bags.I would definitely give these bags as a gift item and, if offered in different configurations, it would provide options and opportunities to purchase more of them.

These bags have been used by my family for several months and they’ve worked out very, very well. The material is pretty strong and they’ll never wear out. The zippers are good sized so there’s no problem in opening or closing the bags, and the loops are convenient for hanging the bags to dry – but then, the bags dry by themselves in about 15 minutes anyway.These make great travel bags too – family members have used the larger sizes to pack and store clothing and also as laundry bags to carry dirty laundry back from trip. Handy!

I lkike to have a lot of these wash bags so ordered two kinds and I am pleased. lope both sets nhold up over the long haul. So fafr, so good!

I bought these to use for washing my sweaters and delicates. The large and medium bags both fit my sweaters in them. I really like the tight weave of the bags and they have an elastic 'zipper cover' that you tuck the zipper into so it doesn't come undone. I use these in a delicate cycle only for both wash and dry, then hang the bags in the laundry room.

These bags work wonderfully for all my washable laundry. They keep sequins, lace, and embroideries safe and secure. The mesh is such an even weave that nothing snags inside or outside of them. I like the loops - I hang them all, when I'm done with laundry, on a hanger in the laundry room, and can easily find them for the next wash day.

These mesh bags are great! They keep everything inside and still get things cleaned. They are also quick drying, which is great. I definitely recommend. :) The sizes are perfect. I can fit 2 thick sweater dresses in the largest size and still have room left over. I didn't know this was an item I needed until I bought it!

I didn't research enough and thought more of the bags would be a smaller type. Quality seems great.
