Lightweight Comfortable Happy Purchase
Lightweight joggers, my husband actually wears them under his sweats when real cold and he goes ice fishing. Nice quality, true to size fit, comfortable. Happy Purchase.

Russell Athletic: Please change the angle of the pocket opening!
These are the pants I use for running. I have been wearing these for well over a year. I own several pairs because I run daily. It is sort of my athletic uniform. The cotton fabric is very soft and feels good against the skin. The pants do not shrink or fade when washed in warm water. These pants fit the way a running pants should, form-fitting without being tight. The pockets are relatively shallow as they should be on running pants. My only complaint is the angle of the pocket opening allows my wallet to fall out on occasion when sitting in the car. It has happened a few times which causes a little anxiety. If Russel Athletic would change the angle of the pocket it would be the perfect running pant at this price point.

Not the thick Russell sweatpants I used to wear
These are lightweight, not the substantial Russell sweatpants that I associate with the name.That's not necessarily a bad thing, in my moderate climate. They feel great, look good. They wash and dry easily. The waistband is almost two inches wide, containing elastic and a very nice internal drawstring. Comfortable for me without even having to use the drawstring, it just fits. The pockets are just deep enough. I like the cuffs.My old Russell sweats were made in Mexico. These are marked made in Egypt, 100% cotton. Does that mean they're Egyptian cotton? hmmmm, maybe.The only thing I don't like is the self-conscious little red, white, blue Russell patch. It's not objectionable, it's small, but it's thicker and stiffer than the fabric to which it is applied, and I think it may tear out under use. At least we are spared a larger logo and reflective stripes, thanks for that!Russell should consider replacing this little patch with a simple silk screened logo. You don't want flashy, you want understated. And you don't want to attach anything like a stiff patch to this fabric, not sure why I have to tell you that.

Best sweat pants!
We have ordered this product in the past and it is exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend!

Too short and pockets not deep enough
I love how lightweight and the fact these pants are made out of cotton jersey material that is very soft. However, I bought a size XL and I am 5’10” tall and they were a good 4 inches too short for me.. I also dislike the pockets. They’re way too shallow. Everything falls out of them.

mAKES ME LOOK SLIM AND TRIM VS BAGGY SWEAT PANTS
Great slim fit, not baggy looking. Slim ankles keeps them above shoe line so I do not step on them.

NO NO NO. JUST NO!
These are BOTH supposed to be Men’s Medium.Left - these new pants.Right - old pants.We didn’t try these on before washing but they shrunk too much to wear.Photo 2 & 3 are tag on OLD pants.Photo 4 & 5 are printed inside the NEW pants.Beautiful fabric & waistband.

No longer fit muscular legs
I have several pair of 10 yr old pants I’m replacing. I often wear them under overalls working the ranch. These new ones are made for skinny bird legs and have to be stretched over my calves. I’ll try 2x to see if they will work. They will be baggy above the knee but might fit my calves. Appear to still be made well but the fit is pure crap.
