first of all, excellent & durable bag.this bag and i built some memories, its got a good feel and quality stitching because i put this thing through the wringer.i owned the same bag for 3 years.at first i kept my work papers and charging cables etc in the bag, as i got wilder i was keeping whole 5ths or bottles of Whiskey, Vodka, pills, etc.as i disintegrated and wore out, the bag remained a trusty companion. as i hit the road, hitched hiked, stayed under bridges and in bushes, this bag remained.on lonely or cold nights, i'd cling to the bag, treated this as the best inanimate friend i had.one day, after an alcohol induced seizure, my beloved bag & sleeping bag were stolen under the assumption i was dead by the road folk id been drinking with. with friends like these, right?i didnt die that day, but i's lost a dear friend--no not my sleeping bag or the bum who stole it--i lostmy trusty companion; my side bag.shortly after that, i got off the street as i had nothing left.and a handful of years later, as i sit in my office, typing this on my iphone looking at old purchases--i can still smile fondly at those memories ofmy bag and i. high and low, for better or worse, when everyone left Me or i pushed em away...the bag remained.what a great bag.i should get back to work :S

I got this bag to be my new backpack for college to hold my two notebooks, a small binder, a tablet, and a few other small odds and ends and for that job it works great. The strap is comfortable and soft and the only time I find it digging into my shoulder is when I put far more than I should in it which is obviously my fault not the bags. The bag seems durable and the canvas is thinner and soft, but still strong. I even decided to decorate the front with some pins and material is sturdy enough to put up with being poked and pinned without leaving frays or ripples in the weave. The nice brown color is true to the picture as well. Honestly my only problem with this bag is (as mentioned in other reviews) the fact that it has no structure. None. It is as floppy and limp as a collapsed push puppet. Luckily for the purpose I use it for I usually have at least a notebook or binder in my bag at all times to give it some support and keep it totally falling over into a pile of canvas. If that doesn't bother you than I recommend this bag but if you're looking for a bag with a little more structure I'd consider your other options.

So so so excited to have this bag. I bought one like it when I was back in high school and it has seen me through a lot. After years and years of love and wear and tear, I decided it was time to replace my bag (so old all of the magnetic snaps had long since parted with us). I couldn't believe it when I saw this product on Amazon.I took a leap of faith and will never regret it.It also arrived at way before Amazon said it would. Today is January 21st and it wasn't supposed to arrive until the 29th. Kickin' off my next semester of college with this bag at my side.I usually throw my phone/keys/chapstick in the easy-access side pockets. The bag is made of a material that feels like canvas and could totally be spruced up with iron-on patches or buttons/pins if you so wished.

Was looking for something to transition from my diaper bag since don't need all the baby stuff anymore (just some wipes and one or two extra diapers and maybe a few snacks). Works well and true to size but I probably should have ordered a slightly smaller one for my needs. I like that the strap is easily adjusted and an go from shoulder length it cross body quickly without putting my little one down (not a backpack person cause I don't like having to take it off every time I need something for one of my kids which is pretty often). That being said, I am very satisfied so far and would highly recommend it.

I bought this bag a couple of years ago and literally loved it to pieces. It withheld rough daily use for almost 2 years. Even at the end, the zippers still worked, the beg remained sturdy, and the dirt it acquired just made it look more loved. For those two years, this bag regularly carried my 15" Mac Book Pro at least one book, wallet (safely hidden in the inner compartment), journals, pens, cell phone and keys in the side pockets, and a point and shoot camera secure in the front zipper pouch... at least 5lb of weight. This bag can take it. So when the old one got a litte too rusty looking, I came back and got another one. Love the bag. Love the price.My sister also uses this as a purse/diaper bag and says good things for that use!

I've bought a bag from this company before and I certainly did again. This is a very sturdy, spacious canvas bag but it's simple. One pocket inside the main compartment but that's all I needed as well as some nice smaller ones on the sides for pens or USB drives or whatever else. Definitely for someone who wants a simple bag with not too many pockets. The canvas is nice and thick, the strap feels comfortable. I carried this with me when I want to work and could find things easily and the magnetic snaps are what really sold me.

This bag was pretty much what I expected, and what other reviewers said. Very light weight, and appears very durable. Sort of wish the interior pack was separated in two, but I knew this when I bought it. Inserted my own separater. Three nice surprises I was not expecting where the small pockets at BOTH ends of the outside, two zippered pockets in the interior, and two magnetic(?) button on the large flap to keep it closeds.Overall, would buy again and recommend to friends for a simple, light weight book/computer bag for school.

DELIVERY WAS PROMPT AND ON TIME.I HAVE BEEN USING THE BAG DAILY FOR ABOUT FIVE (5) WEEKS. IT CARRIES A LOAD OF 16 TO 18 POUNDS (BOOKS & NOTEBOOKS) QUITE WELL.THE ONE THING I DON'T LIKE IS THE MAGNETIC CLASPS.ALL IN ALL IT WAS A GOOD BUY. AND I WOULD RECOMEND IT.I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ADD IT IS MADE IN CHINA FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO KNOW AHEAD OF TIME.ONCE AGAIN I WILL SAY I GOT FULL VALUE FOR THE PRICE I PAID.
