The only Alder pellets you'll find
The only alder pellets I've found. Great flavor on salmon, lobster tails, and crab legs. Won't eat seafood again without smoking them.

Will last two lifetimes...
I'm using these alder pellets with The Smoking Gun to hot and cold smoke lox in my apartment. I also have a Cameron's Stovetop Smoker and a Presto Indoor Smoker for larger things, like ribs and chicken. This 20 lb bag will last a very long time, even after I give a bucketful to my son for his smoking tasks. A previous reviewer noted that this is 100% alder and that's what made me decide to purchase this 20 lb bag. It's much less expensive than the Cameron's sawdust and burns much longer after I've crushed the pellets. I'm always looking for ways to tweak the process and so far, these pellets are the way to go.

Perfect for fish
Love our Traeger and wish they still made alder. Very nice subtle flavor for salmon!
