I am so disappointed in this shadow box. It’s really cute, but it came with the frame around the glass all broken. The box it was shipped in looks fine, so In my opinion it was never assembled and glued properly. This one needs to go in the garbage. I will have to order from another company. A waste of time and energy. Now I have to make a 40 minute trip to return it.

when i first got it I was very excited, included a few thumb tacks and whatnot but the moment i opened the thing I knew it wasn't going to be deep enough to display my pins so i knew i had to open it and add something underneath it but...the back was glued shut..and so you can only add something on top but not underneath so that was difficult, the paint job was awful as well, some of the white was missing and I could see the original color and the hinges were loose, I don't recommended getting this if you're a pin collector

I am so delighted with the quality of this shadow box. It is exactly what I wanted and it's beautiful. I especially love that the front of the frame opens so I can access and arrange the insides as needed. It is sturdy and well-built. I highly recommend this shadow box.

This was just as advertised. Shipped promptly. Nicely made, attractive and beautifully packed for shipment. I sent it out as a gift in the same packaging after adding some items into the display case and the recipients were equally delighted with this shadow box.

Took a vacation to Sanibel Island and collected some beautiful shells. This display case is deep enough inside to hold some of my larger shells. I have been able to put in a picture collage and then surround it with my best shell finds from the beach!

The first arrived damaged but they sent me a new one right away and it arrived in 2 days. I was so impressed. It arriving damaged isn’t there fault. Postal workers aren’t the most gentle but they do their best. I bought this for my best friend that just lost her husband to soon in a tragic car accident. She has a few items that were able to be recovered and they are going in here.

Got the rustic look and it's fine for the price. 2 important things needs improvement. The pins provided are not long enough and the head is too large. The padding is too porous. I had to get other pins with smaller heads to hold the pictures in. Then, i had to use glue dots to secure them. I made it work but i expected the pins provided to be adequate.
