Received item promptly. I opened every on of them to check, and some of them were much shorter. My son uses the wax for his braces and this wax works great! We tried the kind you get in the store and it was so hard we couldn't use it. His orthodontics office gave him a couple Orthosil and it was nice and soft. He has no trouble putting it on his braces, and he can eat with it in his mouth. Because it is clear, it doesn't show up on his teeth either. The other stuff looks like he has food in his teeth.

My wife loves these, they work much better than wax and actually stay on as long as they do not get wet first. If they get wet, like from fingers, they won't stick.

This is a great product for braces, and works beter than standard wax. The only issue is that there is about 50% less product in each package. The small strips of silicone are half the size that they used to be. Maybe it is a production issue with this batch. I will be purchasing again when my current supply runs out. I hope I just received a bad batch.

I've been using orthosil for over a year and have not been disappointmented. I don't dry my brackets because it is too time consuming. I go through about 4 strips per night because of the pressure from my cpap on my cheeks. Never had about problem. Doesn't usually fall off or crumble like wax does. Orthomechanics isn't prime shipping but still cheaper with shipping and they send via USES priority mail. Always arrives ahead of the Amazon estimate.

It's easy to put on the wires,and also easily gets off. Not sticky enough.When eating, often swallowed easily with food.

I like these. The silicone is clear. I can used it while working with people and talking a lot. The orthodontic wax is good butthe silicone is better because it stays longer on teeth.I place this product in the morning after brushing my teeth and then before bedtime.I will be ordering more when I'm close to finish up last couple of these.

I was told about this product by a fellow friend with braces. This is SO much better than wax. I can have hot drinks without this melting off, it stays put for hours, and it is very smooth feeling. You have to dry the area it is to be placed before hand for better adherance. I can't recommend this enough for people with braces. This particular box is way more than I could ever use, lol. I have so many left after a year and share them with everyone I know that has braces.

Product did not stick. Now stuck with a pack of 50 useless packs. Some sellers of personal and healthcare items do not accept returns on personal and healthcare items...makes no sense right? Try a small batch before buying in bulk.
