Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Great product.I initially received the spinner from mail however the straw unable to attach the straw successfully. I reached out to NuSpin for inquiries and the customer service was prompt, informative and sincere. After numerous communication it was concluded the straw may probably be defective. A replacement of a spinner was shipped immediately and received by next day delivery. My daughter was able to use this lovely spinner with her NuSpin cup. This is a very great experience with customer service team, along with a satisfactory product. Thank you very much.
