Great Coffee Maker!
I’ve had this for over a year and it’s still working well! Small space and quick, hot, delicious coffee!!! Highly recommend!

Best of ones I've tried
I previously had this coffee maker and really liked it. However, my previous one only lasted a little over two years, so I looked for another one when it stopped working. I tried two other highly rated brands that also took up minimal counter space, and both malfunctioned in different ways (broke open the pod caps, dripped on the counter). So I came back to the Mueller, and am happy I did. It brews quickly, is easy to use, doesn't make a mess, makes a hot cup of coffee, is relatively quiet, turns off after brewing, can be left open to dry, doesn't take up much space and fits under our cabinet (even when open) and the plastic taste went away with only a couple of uses with water only. I didn't descale our last one, so will try that this time in hope it lasts more than two years. I bought it when it came down under $40, so it's still a good value either way.

We are truly impressed. Hopefully, it lasts for a while.
New: I am reducing my stars to just one because the price went up by 30% over one year. We paid $40, now it’s $60. This is just crazy. Maybe I hyped it too much in my prior review. So, instead of buying another, I just move on to s.th. else. Pitiful.Old: We got it today after lots of research. No more Bunn or Keurig in our house. Nor many others, you name it. We are probably through with... about 8 brands? One more disappointing than the other. Lots of headaches, costs, returns. Really bad. Therefore, we returned to the French press, have the most wonderful aromatic coffee every morning without any machine. But that’s another story. We needed a solution to save us from those absolutely horrible hotel room coffee machines. Just went through it again...and again.... we looked at perculators , nice, but too much fuss. It took me about three days to search on Amazon to find this little gem. Released only in July 2020, 800 watts, one cup, Austrian made (?) etc. it looks really good. We used a Bustelo Espresso pod today for the machine, and also use ground Bustelo at home for every day in the French press. The taste of the pod was quite nice, comparibly. Now we can wake up in any hotel room, not having to use a filthy coffee machine, no decaf or old and bad coffee provided by even higher end hotels. (Shame on them!), nor do we have to run down to any cafe in the lobby, unwashed, spending tons of money.Hopefully, the quality will prove to be good. It looks sharp, is really small and we would love to take it to many interesting places.Update: we ordered Sunwill 12 Oz tumblers to take with us on trips and absolutely love them. But even these very small cups are too tall for the coffee maker. It is impossible to find insulated cups for this machine. Frustrating! Everything over about 5 inches is too tall, even with removal if the bottom plate,

Compact & attractive - perfect for RV
We almost returned this Mueller single serve coffee maker because we were unable to find disposable cups the recommended size. Then we discovered we could use a taller cup by pouring only 3/4 cup water into the reservoir, thereby ensuring we could tip the cup slightly to remove it once coffee was made. Works like a charm. We are using standard 16 oz hot cups that are slightly over 5" tall. We just tilt the cup to encompass the drip assembly for brewing, and tilt again to remove. The bottom grid could also be pulled out for even easier cup insertion & removal if needed. We LOVE this little Mueller unit -- fantastic for small spaces.

Works great!
Easy peasy no fluff! I use at my desk only holds one coffee cup of water. I will say the coffee comes out a little warmer than room temp. Quick and easy Nothing fancy.

Nice coffee machine…. But….
I really like this brand of coffee maker. I only gave this model a 4/5 because of the clearance factor. When you place your Cup into the desired receiving spot for the coffee there is only limited clearance. So you have to dip the cup to get it in and out of place. I just think this is a potential danger of hot coffee scalding someone or just spilling on the counter….. and yes I did remove the drip tray but the problem still exists.
