The product didn’t arrive in perfect condition, but I’m impressed with the company and how they have worked with me. After leaving a poor review, they contacted and requested photos and more info about how the product arrived. Then they explained that they would replace it, but asked if I would accept a refund because they were out of stock. Because the desk still functions, but arrived with issues they refunded me half of what I paid. I am impressed and satisfied with their service.Original review: The instructions weren’t great but they were fine. There were also some issues with numerous different pieces. The metal legs were bent and didn't match up with the screw holes on the table, one of the screws came without the threading (just a useless smooth screw), and the table tops already had a few chips on it.We made it work and got it together anyway, but I was disappointed that it didn't arrive in better shape. Once it was put together it seems relatively sturdy as far as structure goes. I probably could have bought a used desk for a cheaper price with the exact same quality if not better.

It isn’t a bad product, the only problem I had with it was that instead of giving me the two different bags of screws (A & E), they gave me two bags of “A” and NO “E”. So my husband had to clamp and slightly bend some pieces that way the parts that needed “E” screws would screw in together and tighten. Again, not a bad table at all. It’s super stable and beautiful but the missing bag of “E” screws slowed us down a bit. So if you run into this problem yourself, just know that it IS possible just using “A” screws only.

It SUUUUUUUUUUUCKED to put together. Instructions were not clear and many pieces can be installed backward with seemingly no indication until later steps. The method it is meant to be put together is tedious even if you get everything right. Having said all that;Excellent height, wood finish, size, etc. Great desk!

It is for my son's virtual class at home. I was worried about the table surface, if it would peel with time. Till now, it is still working well (as the picture), even the corners, smooth and clear.10minitues to install, Not hard. What you need is just drill. The nail holes were prepared.The table structure (triangle) leads to it quite stable. I noticed this table is more stable on the floor than on the carpet.My son loves the new table and loves studying on. I think it worth the money

I thought this desk was going to be awesome. It is thin and turned out to be sturdy and good for a small apartment area. There was one major problem. As shown in the pictures, One of the bars was missing a metal insert to connect the screw on one end. This made the desk unfinishable, but their customer service was great and they quickly offered to fix the issue. So to sum up my experience: Great customer service. Hard to follow instructions (start from the back of the book to see where the holes should end up on each part), sturdy design good size lengthwise, depth of desk panels is a little small if you use more than just a laptop. You may have a part that won’t connect properly, but they will try to make things right. If you get a good one, this is a great price for it.

The only negative about this product is it doesn’t look like the picture I thought we were buying a gray desk but it when it came it was brown. I didn’t have time to send it back school was starting and my son needed a place to do homework. It was sturdy it gave just enough space for him to do work but the color did not go with the rest of his room the brown stood out . We did complain about the color and all they said was we could send it back to get the money back . If your looking for the gray that’s pictured this product is not gray at all.

The desk as been great for the money. Less than $100 and does well at competing with the competition. It came with a few scuffs and scratches on the legs and “wood” top. Luckily no one looks at the legs and the scratches on the wood were on the side that faces down. Despite what the answers tell you, it is in fact reversible. See for yourself. It tells you it’s reversible in the instructions. It can also hold 4 monitors with a stand so it’s at least some what sturdy on most of the edges. Also, the desk is brown and definitely not grey.

Exactly what I needed. A sturdy desk. Color is the same as the picture. Directions are not very detailed, but puting this together is doable. When screwing in the wood top make sure you approximate the wood pieces together so there is no gap. About 30 minutes to assemble
