*Update* I don't quite remember the exact moment this happened because I'm writing this long after the fact. Less than a year into owning this, the metal cord the beads are on started to fray. This caused painful wires to start poking out and stabbed my wrist! I'm not sure if you're not supposed to wear it while showering (which I did) and that's why it started to fray?I figured since it's a medical alert bracelet people usually wear them at all times? But I don't use it for a medical alert tag so maybe people take them off while showing?I'm only taking off one star because I'm not sure if I wasn't supposed to get it wet, but for that type of bracelet you'd think you couldn't get it wet?*original review *The bracelet is a good quality and well made. I bought it as a bracelet replacement (originally a hair tie) rather than a medical alert bracelet.A lot of people are complaining about it being to small and not being able to adjust it. I think those people just don't understand how to do it, and I will admit it took me a sec to figure it out too. I've attached some pictures to hopefully help someone out if they don't understand how to do it. With the bracelet they did also provide 2 little 4- link chains to use as extenders, one on each side (I just used one of them) . You are supposed to loop the bar of the medical tag with the chain links and bring the two ends together and clip them with the clasp at the end of the bracelet. Note that since my charm is not a medical alert tag, it may look slightly different than what you have, but the way to attach the extenders should be the same.Other than that, I will say the beads are a bit larger than I thought they would be, I think I would prefer smaller beads, but that's just my personal preference.

I got this bracelet to go with a new tag. It was under the "suggested" items. I'm not really a 'bead bracelet' person but I liked the color to go with the tag. It seems to be very sturdy and the best part was that it came with two extra claw clasps. Would I but it again? No. Would I buy from this seller again? Yes.

UPDATE: Hidden Hollows contacted me right away after I posted my review and reported the problem with the clasps. They offered to replace my three bracelets with bracelets with the older, larger clasp. I am wearing my bracelet now, and it is easy to put on and off. And it does look really pretty! This was probably the best customer service experience I have ever had.The fastener have just a tiny opening. This was changed from previous versions of the bracelets. It is very, very difficult to take the bracelet off or put it on.

I have looked for bracelets like this for several years that had lobster claws on each end to fit my medical ID tag. I've found a few, but they were usually sold by a large company that would charge $60-$80 for this.This one is perfect! The price is awesome. I realize business is business, but when you have medical issues and high health costs, you often times can't afford $60 for a bracelet. I appreciate seeing such good service, quality and value from a business. Thank you! If you do this in any other colors or styles let me know!
