This is a great product when it works! I say this because I purchased this product about a year ago and it worked great! But, After about 5-6 months after usage, It started messing up. It got so bad, I had to discard it. I* thought maybe it was my fault. So, I reordered it. I got it once again about 5 months ago. And same exact thing! Worked Great, but started messing up again exactly 4-5 months later just like last time. This products shelf life is MISERABLE!

Didn’t work outta the package. The earbud side worked intermittently and when it worked sound quality exceptionally bad.charging speed: sloooooooooowwwwww! Nuff said. Quality: well below rotten. Looks: great, connectivity: hit and miss. In my opinion… lottery ticket is better investment.

I got this for an iPhone 16 for use in an older car to listen to music while charging the phone. Neither worked. (Minus 1 star for this!) [Belkin Rockstar works perfectly on an iPhone 16 though]I plugged it into a Samsung S23 and both charging and audio out worked perfectly. It plays audio clearly while charging - No hiss or noise, just clean sound with or without a charger attached.Unfortunately, it does not pass 'super fast charging', only 'fast charging'. Although, that is still perfectly acceptable for most applications.One very positive thing is that this does NOT have that annoying 'fade up volume' every time there is silence or a pause in the audio. This is the first USB-C to headphone adapter I've owned that lets me hear an audiobook properly without having to run a frequency generator in the background to keep the headphone amplifier inside the adapter active.

I still have an older phone with a 3.5 mm aux, but I bought this for other people to use in my vehicle. HOWEVER, this actually puts out better audio than my phone does, the audio quality is the same but the volume is louder. As my aux input in my vehicle has always been quiet when plugged directly in to my phone. So the increased volume difference means I am now using this directly with my phone all the time. Great product, would buy again if I need another one.

I ordered this adapter for my wife's Dell XPS-13, hoping that it would work since the list of supported devices included "Dell". Alas, it would not charge. I contacted UGREEN support, and they were quite good. They suggested a further test, and when we determined that the adapter was not compatible with the XPS-13, I said I didn't want to return it, because my wife liked it, and didn't need the charging feature anyway right now. They offered to refund half of the price, which I thought was very nice. They also said they would edit their list of supported devices. They responded very quickly and had no trouble understanding my emails to them. I thought they were very impressive.

I'm more or less leaving this review for anyone who had a use case like mine, which I don't think will work out. The device itself isn't the problem and is fine, well made, etc.While 'asleep,' iPads apparently just produce high pitched static. My goal was to have the ipad for music and media, while using a ultrawide monitor for everything else, piping everything out through this adapter and into my Line In on my computer. Worked brilliantly while playing music/media. If I don't have anything playing on the ipad, I can hear the sharp interference at the top end of audible range. Literally, you wake it up, and the sound stops. It goes to sleep again, starts right back up.Very frustrating. I'll probably pick up a second monitor due to this issue, which is unfortunate, as I picked up a lot of kit to handle this use case.
