Unsatisfactory RO Membrane
I purchased this RO membrane recently, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the product and service. The membrane takes over 4 hours to fill a 7-liter water tank, which is highly inconvenient.Moreover, I find it disheartening that an additional RS 350 was charged for installation. Despite this charge, no one has come for installation, and it appears to be treated as a DIY task.This experience has not lived up to my expectations, and the additional charges are not justified by the level of service received.

Filter works. But the listings are confusing
The way that kovino has their listings for individual items and combos organised is always confusing. Deciding what to order is always a challenge. The first filter conked off in 5 months. Second one is also at the same age now, let's see how long this will last.But what makes buying this a bad idea is the hounding i get from their sales team to leave a review.While it's easy to install/replace, troubleshooting requires some expertise. This is not an easy diy item.

Value for money, worked for me for 1 year.
We r a family of four. works well for us. Value for money. But my tap TDS is only 149 to 156. It brings it down to 2 or 0 sometimes.. Therefore I guess for a TDS of 200, it will bring it down to maybe around 20 or 30. Any TDS below 120 is safe to drink..Anyways, It should be good for at least 6 to 8 months for most of the families. At this Cost it is value for money.
