Thank you from the seller in showing me how to use the multipurpose loop. I was originally trying to pull the loop up my forearm but that's not how it's meant to be use. Amazing for supporting the elbow joints and ligaments this will change your lifting experience if you use them right.

Honestly these are maybe just a tad bit short. I am 6 foot 2 and 200#. In order to have a good compression, I feel like I would need another 6 inches or so.

The General support and elasticity of this particular item was well worth the money and headache not the mention the ease when putting it on. Superb item!!!

The wrap is too short making it hard to get around my elbow
