HydroHose Designer Series Expandable Garden Hose (50' plastic) Purple Butterfly with Spray Nozzle

I wanted to use this hose for the summer before writing a review. I love it love it love it. It faded a bit after the whole summer . It was stored in full sunlight every day. I wasn't sure at first if I would like it. Never owned a hose like it before. It is so light weight easy to move. I have not had any kinking problems at all with it. I bought a second in the lady bug print I loved it so much after the first month. It was stored in only partial sunlight. It did not fade at all. I have one that I leave wound on a hose hanger I only need about 2 feet of it most of the time. It works just fine even wound up.

Broke at the connection the moment I turned the water on for the first time. I waited too long to send it back, so I can't speak about customer service. Too bad - I would have liked this to be a good product. Don't waste your money. It's a cheap, lousy product.

This hose seems to be a thicker and better material. Also there is better water pressure, because the inside diameter is larger that the previous hose. We have only been using this product for about 30 days. I hope that it lasts longer than the last one. My wife really likes the color.

The kink do not come out easily as stated and I have to straighten the hose completely out before turning the water on otherwise the kinks will prevent the water from flowing. I do like the color but the hose itself is basically useless.

Lasted about two months, and then broke.....normal usage... I have had this problem with other hydro hoses, and I was hoping it would be different with this colored " designer " model, alas, it was not

Disappointing as it developed small holes neat the attachment to a outside faucet after a couple of uses

This hose was a perfect replacement for my HydroHose automatic reel. One drawback:wish it had a metal coupler. The plastic doesn't allow for a really tight connection.
